The first thing is that you should be aware that Drake is an inherently subpar character option. With hard work and some cheese you can be OK, but you should be aware it's an uphill battle. I'm not trying to discourage you from playing a Drake but the book doesn't really warn you about this and there's a "omg drake adepts are overpowered" meme going around that's entirely wrong, so you might have the wrong impression.
Try to have an odd willpower score, because the stun boxes round up. Either 3 or 5 is better than 4. Ditto for Strength (but it's important that you have an odd score in Drake form, not ork form).
Penetrating Strike is strictly worse than Critical Strike. I don't advise it at all, and definitely not in lieu of Critical Strike.
Improved Physical Attribute (Agility) is worth it to softcap your Agility, but you don't want 2 points. That is, you are better off with base 5 agility and 1 rank, because magic is such a limited resource. There are better things you can get.
Can you use Way of the Adept? Warrior's Way would help you a great deal.
Can you scare up another 10 points of negative qualities? You are really in need of points.
Intuition is very, very important for anyone who cares about fighting, because it affects your initiative and perception. SR combat is very much about getting the drop on someone and murderating them before they can murderate you; not getting ambushed and going first are both really important. Drake is a point sink like whoa so you may have to cut stuff to get more intuition, but you can't really afford not to.
Martial Arts is a very, very efficient way to get extra DV. If your goal is punchy punchy you want 3 levels of MA for +3 unarmed DV. You should also try to get a few manuevers (don't go overboard; most of them blow, but Kick Attack is worth it at least; I'd probably just get Kick Attack for now).
It's worth having that 6 in Unarmed Combat; it's 12 karma later or 4 bp now.
You should really at least be trained in Infiltration and Perception. Pilot Ground Craft 1 (or 0 for that matter, you can default and you have a high reaction) is plenty.
You're an Oriental drake, but not really set up to use the opposable thumbs since you don't have skill with any weapons besides Unarmed. I think you'd be better off as a Common Drake based on the skillset you're going for.
