She hasn't put her Complex Forms up yet that I can see.

She is not OP by any means, my whole group of players have a somewhat running knack for making characters that are less than min maxed, very much less than min maxed. They average 8-14 dice pools on some of their "better" pools.

But A) We play often (weekly, sometimes twice a week in good weeks) B) I am not Karma stingy (6-8 a session depending on if its a two session run or a one session run), and C) I always account for their relative power level. So they ascend in power in a relatively well scaled manner.

Right now a feral Dzoo-noo-qua can fight their most combat heavy character to a standstill. If said Dzoo-noo-qua had been an Adept I could have killed them all. But right now, they run drug interceptions, and small time barrens rescues and get bloodied. Life will turn pear shaped once things heat up and hopefully they will live, or, they will die. Nature of the beast.

Maybe I misread what you wrote, but I remember reading in the runner's companion that Drakes cannot be technomancers.  Also, technomancers appeared after the Crash 2.0, and there wasn't a wireless matrix yet, it was all wired.

Technomancers don't have to buy the Biofeedback-Filter as a complex form, i even think they can't! They use their Cha-Stat as Biofeedback-filter (p.239 SR4A).

Correct. Drakes are magical beings with Magic 1.
Magic and Ressonance are not allowed at the same time.
So Drakes can't be Technomancers.

Which is of no relevance to this thread, as the GM specifically allowed the drake-technomancer by using the mystic-adept-split-mechanism on Resonance/Magic.

I would never ever allow this in my own group, but at the end of the day, each group of players can decide to play however they like and bend (or break) the rules to their liking.
Of course this character could probably never be used outside this group, but then again it wouldn't have to.
To cut this short, there can never be a solution that satisfies both sides.
Therefore I think it is best for everyone to either ignore this thread or contribute something useful to it (or to tell others how to behave, like I dare to right now ;) ).

Yea I noted she took Biofeedback Filter. Having her fix it. The damned custom sheet she downloaded had it in the complex forms section and she just made sure to have "some rating" in each form, I missed it somehow when I peached her sheet.

Yes I know that per the RAW you cannot mix them, I chose to allow it using the Mystic Adept split mechanic between Resonance and Magic. At 4 Resonance 1 Magic to start she is never going to be a powerhouse mage, hell right now Magic is a dump stat and she has 0 spells. It is a sink at this point that gimps her more than anything.

Considering A) the game I am running fit the idea she had, B) she is not a power gamer, evident by her taking Drake and ending up nearly gimping herself due to the loss of Max Resonance, and C) Our group, and its associated GMs who table all are fine with it, I allowed it. She would never show up to a public game with this sheet. She has plenty of Missions ready characters for those.

She (Giga-Wolf) is an oddity. An anamoly, and as such she will suffer the consequences and backlash that comes from attracting powerful figures attention. She is also bound to be lonely, as NO ONE will EVER understand her. She is a freak. And a freak she shall always feel like to some extent, for even if she met another Full Body Changeling Drake, there is ZERO chance of her meeting another Drake-nomancer.

Here is a sketch. The actual sketch is much smaller than the pic.
