Well The character is not done but here are his stats tell me what you think. Still working on the personality and background.

Still no street Name but Thinking of one
If you guys know any good street names would like to hear them for this character

Still have 1 BP point Free and around 1,733 nuyen left

Character kind of look like this

But with less scars and tape.

Character Personality: Olin is Half Black and Half Japanese Human. Has Short Black hair a well shaved face. Has the body of the gymnast. His voice doest not seem to match his body. Olin is a Erratic Genius who Speaks every errant thought. Often speaks about Philology quoting things he read, his attention always seems to be slip in so many places most people can't keep up with what he is talking about. He is slow to anger but when does he never explodes he calulates the best way to hurt the person When Olin is first met most people believe him to be Disorganized but in reality all this disorder is all organzied chaos. How he had to leave home at such a young age has scared him and he still misses his family but till holds deeply to the hope one day he can return home. Olin Truely loves to play pranks using his intelliect to pull off insane pranks. Only strengthens Olin's resolve when told, “It’ll never make any difference." or "It can't be done". Seems to have a bad habbit of drawning in beautiful but dangorus women.

Fine that there are still people playing humans!

Latent Technomancer: I'm not sure about that one but I think I remember that Technomancers use the technical skills (like hacking) different than hackers do. So you have to relearn them when your Technomancy comes out.  So you would spend a lot of BPs for skills you won't use later on. Why not make him a Technomancer in the beginning?

Sniper: I don't see what makes him a sniper other than owning a sniper rifle. Stealth skills aren't very high, no athletics to reach nice sniper's nests. No survival. You're longarms dicepool could be higher.

Charisma: in terms of game mechanics a value of 3 doesn't do you anything good, since you don't have any social skills. Being a womanizer it seems to low for me. Seduction is covered by the con - skill, which you don't have.

Reaction + Body 3 sounds like an early death due to lead poisoning. Either of them should be higher to survive fights. Also with Body 3 you can't wear that armor jacket without suffering encumberance unless you use an optional rule that allows you to wear one piece of armor without encumberance.

Looks like you took the firearms group at 3. Well, you don't really need a 3 with all guns and using the skill group prevents you from choosing a specialisation at character creation. It would be more efficient to just take Longarms (for sniping) and Pistols (for short range combat and tasers). If you really want to keep the option to use automatics take it at rating 1. Maybe you can raise your agility, all combat skills would benefit from that.

Overall, that character doesn't excel in any particular field but is mediocre in many. If this is the playing style of your group that's fine otherwise you won't be too happy with your character.

This. This is a really big problem with your character, because all those hacking skills won't work with Technomancy. There's other things that could be tweaked but this largely sinks the idea.

my problem with latent technomancer is that you dont start with by far the most important skills for technomancer naminly the Compiling skill group
Whenever I am at a loss for I should do, I ask myself what would Michael Weston do?

I was told that the average for an attribute was 3. Also I what should I change to make him better then ?

Maybe you can tell us the setting you're gonna play. Are there any other requriements other than being a latent technomacer?

If not, is it important ot be a hacker? You could build a womanizer sniper with latent technomancer and learn the hacking skills when you become obvious of being a technomancer.

Talk to your GM if you can transfger your hacking skills to technomancer skills once you are aware of being one.

Get your GM to grant you extra BPs for your hacking skills because you invest a lot of BPs which you won't use later in the game.

well it was set in japan but now its set in Seattle. The people i came with from japan were in an apartment fire so I don't know if they are alive or dead. So far the game is pretty matrix heavy.

I was planning on making the technomancer thing were it was my character is a hacker but then as he becomes a technomancer he has to relearn how to hack as technomancer now. Kind of like "Great Spent my whole life learning to do it this way but now I have to do it this other way...Great"

Over his story arch he goes from being a hacker to a technomancer being that it will be a longer grind getting to be a powerful technomancer he still has his hacking skill to fall back on.

Also not really a womanizer he just happens to always draw in dangerous women.

Intuitive hacking is amazingly awful. It is the single worst positive quality in the game.

Why no form-fit?

What kind of crappy lawyer has Connection 1?

Why do you have no cyberware at all? That's odd for a hacker, and it also loses you the one small benefit of Latent Technomancer (that you always emerge with Resonance 1 so long as your Essence is at least 1 when you emerge). You should really pick up ware, it would make you a lot less bad at things in general.

ok Dropped the Lawyer Also my hacker has no cyberware because he is paranoid about having it hacked in to.

That really makes no sense.   As a hacker you should. No WOULD, have the defenses and skills to prevent that.  If it a background paranoia "thingie" then go with.   But you are putting a pretty big limit on the character and his hacking potential.  When those extra dice aren't there to save your hide things might not be as fun as first thought.

PuSHed, Encephalon, nanohive and Neocortical nanites, depending on how much you care about non-hacking things Muscle Toner, Synaptic Boosters or Wired Reflexes+Reaction Enhancers, Reflex Recorders, Attention Coprocessor.

You barely have any skills that actually check logic, but Cerebral Boosters and less base Logic would be a good idea if you want to have OK logic for whatever reason.

Few minor things:
Drop the simrig. Unless you intend to record the emotions you're feeling during certain situations, its just not needed. Looks like you had bi-lingual at one point and dropped it; can't have two native languages.

If you're being a combatant, then you're seriously going to want to consider something that gives you an extra initiative pass. If you're the only player in this game, then you doubly want to consider that. The economy of actions is one of the singly most important reasons as to why parties of players are ever able to defeat significantly larger/stronger opponents. If you can only act once a combat turn, whereas your opposition can act 2 times a combat turn, you will eventually lose.

Don't rely on your range and concealed position to keep you alive in that regard. They will fail you at some point.

I notice you're running with the copy-protection/registration rules enabled. Do realize just how much something like registration hurts when its on a program you will be using constantly (analyze, edit). This makes is an absolute pain to scrub the logs. Either ask your GM to "disable" those rules (remove the copy-protection/registration dynamic, and play on honor system with the programs you own), or get those hacked as well.

I'd say avoid Wired Reflexes like the plague because of it's Essence cost for this character (because it'd make it way to easy for the Resonance you get when you Emerge to be your maximum).  Synaptic Boosters are okay, but criminally overpriced in money costs.
