Hey..no wories, that was just a joke. I cannot imagine Zach shooting the bullet or attacking his teammate. In fact...now I recall Some teammates attacking with spells and sprits and shooting Zach !!!
 
As for that capabilities asessment, I know that it is even described in Companions and it is common habit to have some roles in team and those roles covered. Well, world is rarely an ideal place and to find people who exactly match your requirements (being quite experienced in both recruitement and project management) Id say most time we have to work with what we have
And in Shadowrun, I know that this team roles there are and we can try to fill every and each of them, well it is a game and I believe that even with identical powers, two characters played by two players can be completely different deal and addition to teams efficiency
and definitely to RPG experience

Personality/background He had a good gig going. Was part of magical security for the main SK-P building in Seattle. He dealt with runners sometimes too, so he's heard the old "bottom line wasn't hit bad so let 'em live" line before. He was about to get his firearms training too. That all fell apart when his own Father was caught on camera in a maximum security lab, then vanished. All forensic evidence pointed at his father, even Conrad was forced to admit the signature was his father. "But how!?" He'd pleaded, "He's a fisherman, not even awakened!? How'd he get in!?"
Something important was stolen, something that hit the bottom line too hard and Conrad was laid off. With all his corporate bridges burned from suspicion he was lost.
Luckily he bought the right man a drink recently and the conversation quickly turned to making money. Good thing too, he just got evicted.

Well if there is an opening for a Hacker I got one nearly finished. If I need a full background he's basically a retired Spec. Ops. technical support soldier, when he got out he decided to go to school and try his hand at officer, when that didn't workout he went to shadows to pay off his school bills/ make good money.

nay. It was long dead little girl who didnt want to kill anyone...just keep them out of her playground.. And IMO I didnt use anything like an attack all the time...except for influencing Brick to shot Thunder (wel, with SnS) Most I like the part when she removed the safety from the flashbang grenade hanging on Bricks vest...and brick managed to throw it away...on Zach....

Everyone, meet Storm. She's an elf mage originally from Scandinavia who was forced to leave after her family was killed in the Winternight attacks of 2064. She was granted citizenship in Tir soon thereafter, but unfortunately acquired a SIN in the process. She's a follower of Loki, the god of Strife. She has an unnatural beauty about her (Glamour), but also exudes a feeling of darkness and cruelty (Nasty Vibe). Her main talents are Con/Intimidate, fear-based Illusion/Combat Magic, and summoning of Guardian spirits.

If you're a fan of the Dresden series, she's similar to the Fae.

Looks good to me!  A bit of a walking contradiction.  So does she have 2 fake SINs? Each with it's own identity?  That's totally cool but just want to make sure.  Give each one a name too. 

I'm sure the team would also appreciate a little more Counterspelling all around.  You also have to choose which type of Counterspelling Focus you have.

Alright before I toss in my 2cents, I disclaim that from here on out this post is filled with my opinions nothing more. I don't mean to offend ridicule or offend by them. If you don't like em' that's fine, if you do, great.

@chrona: Looks good to me, a balenced load of spells and skills with stats to keep you up in case you catch the eyes of  someone else with a gun or mana of their own. I really don't have much to pick at.

@Thermo: She looks alright, but considering how combat heavy these games get I'm looking at her init score of 4 with  some concern, not to mention a body of 2? sure she's got ok casting pools and will be, it looks like summoning spirits to help her do her fighting, but if you get hit with bullets, or magic, or even roll bad on some drain you're gonna go down like a glass cannon. I would suggest maybe a more even distribution of points just to give her some body to help her absorb what drain she doesn't soak/ eat the impact of bullets and spells that do Physical damage. change one of those foci's to a power focus or a sustaining focus so as to boost her spell casting pool so she's not totally reliant on bound spirits or to hold those increase spells so she's not negating what they do to buff her with -2 modifiers while she's holding them; change out some of those social skills she can afford to default on and focus more on a few more specialized skills do the same with her spells so you can free up more BP to shift around.
