Loup Garou adept charecter.

Trying to find a good build for a online Loup Garou gunslinger adept, thinking of making it into a special quality with positive and negative traits, heres my idea so far.


requires 20 bp and it is a adept-like ability means it requires one to be a mystic-adept or a adept.

Elder Loup Garou, Having spent many years under the effects of HMHVV II you have learned to somewhat control your shifting abilities. You can transform into a loup garou having maxed out initiative passes (3) plus an additional plus 3 to body, strength. agility and reaction but a equal negative to logic, willpower and intuition for a single combat phase or 1 hour. You cannot shapeshift again for a full day and your equipment is automatically dislodged from your body.
unless wearing a formfitting suit which shifted with you and provides you armor. You cannot use astral perception or cast spells, your hands are incapable of grasping modern weaponry but swords and various non-modern melee weapons can be used. Your mind is your own so you can elect your opponents but be warned. Some player or NPCs will automatically attack a loup garou if not notified. Full moon cycles count even with this quality but you do not suffer from a frenzied nature. But due to the nature of the moons sway you gain an additional 2 to strength, body, agility and reaction but also lose an additional 2 to logic, willpower and intuition.

Um, Loup garou aren't shifters. And they're pretty much feral. And they run on a 28-day internal clock, during the height of which (4-6 days) they are constantly berserk. In fact, they really wouldn't work out well in any group of PCs.

Thats kinda the point, there is no real background, they have guides to making vampire charecters. just trying to figure it out

was more or less an idea
 maybe more of a metavariant for human instead of a quality

Pick up Runner's Companion, and flip it open to the section on making a shifter character. Wolf shifter is as close to 'werewolf' as you're going to get.

Yeah that is what i was thinking, was more or less an idea for a missions charecter or a play-by-post charecter anyway.

Well, you're not going to get anything even close to that for Missions play. IIRC both Infected and Shifters aren't applicable for Missions play.

Dont worry, im not going to push this. I settled with a shapeshifter archery-adept. Standard really. Im not sure shifters cant be used in missions. I really cant see why its just a metatype.
