(Let me know if I'm stepping on any toes or crossing any lines, I don't mean to offend or bring up 'touchy' subjects)

I know SoLA is officially off the books. And, yes, Ancient History's posted the drafts for the book here. This thread's not to rehash all that happened that brought this about, but I'd like to know if any of the the items listed in the drafts are considered to have happened and may be touched upon in future projects, or if they were written off completely (never to be mentioned again) or somewhere in the nebulous grey area between the two.

For instance, has The Gingerbread Man fallen victim to the Bermuda triangle?

Corp Guide, 6WA, and I believe some of the upcoming WAR book will talk about somethings from SoLA and make some of it canon.  Offhand however, I don't have a list of what has been made canon... I'm sure there will be someone bored enough to make that list :D

There are more Shadows of Latin America files than just Ancient History's.

Many, many, many thanks to all of the authors. :)

SoLA links at Dumpshock.
Yeah, I have those as well. I was just wondering the 'official' nature of the files.

My post was more directed to future readers of the thread who might not be aware of the Dumpshock thread.

Since the SoLA material has not been published by a license holder it is unofficial.

IMHO, the fact that the material was once commissioned by a license holder makes it apocryphal, rather than just fan material.  I.E. unless directly contradicted it's official enough for me.

Since they were never released by Catalyst I would say they're fan material.

For now Fan material I've seen things never released with offical rules that never saw the light of day so are fan rules now if you have them.

But somethings do get made cannon so some of SoLA may one day be good to go.
