Get the extra 10 BP from negative qualities. They are worth it. Negative qualities should give you something to roleplay from and extra BP is just nice

Your agility is kind off high. As a magician that is not a much used attribute. Reaction is far more important for your initiative. Charisma 4 is vital because it is your drain stat but hardcapping it cost 25 BP and that is a lot. Magic 6 is also 25 BP and maybe not worth it.
Lower Stealth Group to 1 and drop Dodge. Also drop First Aid and let your rating 6 medkit handle that. Drop Medicine (With Logic 1 it doesn’t do anything good for you). I would drop Pistol (just stunbolt people). Raise Spellcasting to 6 and get Summoning 1 and Binding 4. If my math isn’t completely off you have now spend 2 BP (If you have 4 BP left you could go for Arcana 1 because you will need it when you initiate – you need it to join a group). Also Counterspelling 4 isn’t a bad idea. I’m not sure how much you are going to use the whole Stealth Group. It isn’t a bad choice to take the group but you could save BP by just taking Infiltration.
A mentor spirit is really worth 5 BP.
Catlike and Natural Athlete are appropriate for a Cat Shaman, but also expensive. You are already paying 40 BP for being a troll (and additional 30 BP for a high Agility) and paying 20 BP for a couple of qualities that isn’t giving you any special big edge is costly. That is almost 1/4 of your BP just to be a little more like a cat. I would drop these 2 qualities and save the points.
You should get a few more spells. There are a lot of good ones.
An elemental type combat spell for dealing with drones and vehicles. Increase Reflexes, Metal Wall, Mental Manipulations, Increase Charisma, Shapechange (so you can assume the form of a Cat), Detox etc.
Get some SecureTech stuff to raise your armor to the limit.
You should get a license for being a registered magic user. And a license for your foci.
Get a Rating 4 Power Foci (restricted gear quality). It is a really good bonus and really worth the BP.
You don’t have a lifestyle or are you living on the street?
I would get some more gear. Vision enhancement in contacts and glasses. Earbuds. Maybe a Lodge. Some “runner” equipment is always nice.
