Does anyone have role-playing suggestions for how to make a troll changeling character (with distinctive style from having a wolf's face and legs) stick out a bit less?

OK, stop laughing.  8)  I know he's going to stick out like a like a flayed thumb in many situations, but in terms of bringing him along to a meet, is there any better option that making him wear a bike helmet as long as possible or leaving him in the car with the rigger? To make things even more disturbed he has taken Glamour, so he looks like a werewolf, but everyone around sees something more like Sully from Monster's Inc.

Oh, the headaches this character is going to cause...

Nice! I recently piced up Attitude but I'd only made it through to the media section. Thanks for that, MM!

You can use the character to create an alibi for the entire group.  Just have him sit with the appropriate number of people in a bar somewhere while the rest of the team does some infiltration stuff (it doesn't look like he's the infiltration specialist).  When afterwards police or someone else starts asking question, you can say 'we were with him in bar X at the other end of the city' and when they ask around, a lot of people can confirm they've seen that character with a number of others, making your story more plausible.

*grin* An amusing plan, but not one I hope to use all that often, as it's not the most interactive gaming style. The troll actually has 9 infil dice, though that's effectively 6 only dice after Distinctive Style, but that's more "sneaking through back yards" level than "sneaking into corps" level. It should be amusing to watch him try.

In old pirate movies you could always hide your identity by dressing in a womans dress.
And by the same token you should be able to infiltrate any place by walking under a rowing boat.

Use camouflage, disguises, magic to make him stand out less.
Deception and distractions could maybe work to your advantage to from time to time (nobody notice the strange troll when the house on the other side of the street is burning).

You could also try the other way, in making it stand out more.
Dress him up as a wrestler (like WWE) and pretend he is promoting the show. You can make this more believable by having the rigger have camera drones around him at all times. Even have a drone with a program to ask random questions through a microphone. Have the drones speak to random people on the streets to get their opinions on what the wolf/troll is doing.
After a while people will ignore him and possible more away so as not be get involved (especially if this looks really fake and shoddy).

As Rartemass suggests, there are two ways to hide. One is to be invisible, whether literally, or simply blending into the crowd. The other is to take the highest possible profile, assuming a role that is so out there that no one would think to look at you for something.

For the first, the best things in your arsenal will be holowear, AR 'skins', and mask/physical mask spells, along with ruthenium on the armor. Shapechange magic would also be helpful.

For the second, if you take steps to enhance that image, then relatively simple disguises enable you to 'break away', if you need to. You want to know the real reason no one connects Superman with Clark Kent? It isn't the pair of glasses, but the change in attitude. Mild mannered Kent is so different from Superman that no one even considers that they could be the same. I'll admit that this is the trick I use with my character, Iceblade. In his public persona, he plays up and emphasizes his playboy image, looking like the renegade noble turned high-class escort, carefree and a bit lecherous. When he's running, however, his attitude is completely professional, and often a bit cold. He may wear a mask, but it isn't the mask that keeps him from being identified, but the dramatic shift in personality.
