Hello folks,
I've been a DM for AD&D for 30+ years and really needed to move on so my group of players have agreed that Shadowrun is what we will do. I'm an older gentleman who enjoys a good book so I got pretty much all the 'core' rulebooks in hardback not PDF downloads. To me the smell of new ink, the snappy sound new binding makes when you open the book for the first time and even the little paper cuts from a crisp new page remind me of the first time I delved into fantasy roleplaying games all full of wonder and bursting with (hormones) er I mean imagination. I am learning the system from scratch and I am really jazzed by the potential. I hope I don't botch it up too badly as we all learn the game. I may have a few questions, but I'll try to keep them to a minimum.
