I'd allocate 20 more BP to your abilities (since they're a b*tch to boost after play), you're only at 180 I think. If you want to be more functional in a stealth (and combat) and face role, go 1 more on AGI and 1 more on CHA maybe? Also, melee damage rounds up from Str/2. You want an odd Strength. Since you're not a melee guy, if you drop that, you have 3 more attribute points you could divy out towards being better at the stuff you aren't so good at but want to do.
Depending on what you want out of this character, I'd advise refining your skill list, your kind of 'meh' at a lot of stuff and not really good at much. You limp in on the stealth and influence groups when they're not your focus, but yet you have all the athletics skills, and they seem to be the central theme of your char. (athletics), but you're not utilizing the skill group there, I don't understand? Armorer is something easily contracted out to NPCs that you're really just not good at, drop it. I imagine people will tell you to drop your specializations, and take advantage of cheap base-skill purchases now, and I agree since you have so many of them. Drop some specializations, and make solid base pools instead on your key abilities.
You should redo your armor, ditch the camo suit (which would encumber you if paired with you jacket and helmet) and get FFFBA and PPP to round out the racing jacket. Go ruthenium if you want the extra sneaky-sneak-sneak.
Your glasses exceed the base 12 availability limit. I'd split up your visual buffs, get contacts with smartlink and flare comp (you always want these) - and image link if you want and then trick out a pair of glasses with the more situational stuff (low-light, x3 enhancement, etc.). The helmet visor viz enhancements should be pretty tertiary buffs as it won't always look... normal... to have your racing helmet on. Also, why no earbuds with audio enhancements?
It seems like your role is as a gunman, mainly (since gymnast/athlete isn't necessarily a role)? If you have a dearth of Y, maybe bite the MAG bullet, get synaptic boosters II so you'll have 3 IPs (lose the Improved Reflexes of course, and drop another .25 in Powers)? You'll be a better combatant for it than you'll achieve through Powers (without Way of the Warrior).
