I am looking for ideas on how to create a character that would work with casting fire based spells as well as have killing hands, elemental strike fire.
Could someone please let me know the best composition of skills, abilities and magic separation.

A few questions:

400BP? Karmagen? What's the build rules?

Are Ways and Power-specific Gaesa allowed?

Are custom traditions accepted?

What Rulebooks are you allowed to pull from?

A sustaining focus with Elemental Aura [Fire] is probably better than Killing Hands + Elemental Strike.
You can use the aura in composition with a Weapon Focus, in case using Unarmed isn't part of the concept.

For ranged combat I suggest a mixture of the Flamethrower spell and an actual Flamethrower for close range and when you run out of luck at drain rolls.

Improved Ability (Exotic Ranged Weapon: Flamethrower) would be cool

It is a 400bp game, the books I have access to are Arsenal, Runners Companion, Street Magic, War!, Spy Games, Black Book, and the main book.
Custom traditions may be allowed
No additional rules, all from the main and any other rules that may have been introduced.

I was actually thinking of being more of a very traditional fellow.
Although I do like the idea but I don't think I will be using it.
