Reed nodded to McClane, "Very well, I'm sure it'll be simple enough for me to convince them to let our little 'documentary crew' in. Promoters rarely want to turn down free publicity."

Sounds good to me. And by the way, here's that camera feed, he says as he begins streaming the camera footage over the encrypted network Gary had set up. He set the different feeds up in small windows in his own AR, so he could watch them and still be able to see the rest of what was going on in front of him.

Let me know if one of you spots Nabo, I can hack his 'link by proxy, for now I'm just going to break the node's encryption, if I brute force the node's firewall there's a good chance it could set off an alert. The last thing you guys need for your credibility is a security alert."
Gary began rearranging his running and loaded programs to prepare to break the encryption and breach the firewall.

Nice Job, Kiddo said McClane to Glitch as he received the feed from the camera. With a quick swipe from his gloved hand, he put the four small ARO on the side of his peripheral vision, to be able to give it a quick look.

Patches slid the feeds into his AR peripheral with a thought while he primed the Stormcloud for lift off. As soon as he is able he slides into the backseat of the van locking the doors and setting all the van's sensors to alert him of any change in the immediate area. "As soon as my eye in the sky is at sufficient height I'll share the feed. I'm also gonna camouflage it in the most obvious fashion. It will be a flashing AR advert for the concert. I can also have it scrolling a comm code number for people to enter into a "Contest to meet Nabo" if you get me a Comm number we need hit with a lot of traffic. Could make it easier to find a comm or at least distract someone in a pinch." As he's speaking Patches is letting the Stormcloud lift off and turning on all its sensors and letting the feeds show up on his AR. Almost as an after thought he pops the chip Sunshine gave him into his data jack to look over.

Nemesis creates a part in the crowd, with McClane, Mr. Smith, and Glitch following behind her. The guards at the door nod to her and step aside...

I need a Con roll to BS your way past these guards. Nemesis gets in for free, of course. If she wants, Nemesis can make the Con roll on your behalf (I'll give a +1 die bonus to her if she does), otherwise whoever is the best fast talker (Mr. Smith, I presume?) would be your best option.


Meanwhile, Gary has broken the encryption, and Patches' drone launches without incident. It would appear that no one is taking much note of it, as there are plenty of news drones circling the area.

Mr. Smith nods to the guards, "Good evening gentlemen. We're with L.C.A. Media, here to obtain footage for our documentary on the local music scene."
His dummy commlink displayed his doctored Press License.

McClane grabbed his commlink and displayed the holo of his Press License so to confirm and reinforce Mr. Smith's comment.

As soon as the blimp reached normal operating height Patches checked out the other drones.  Using the nose camera with vision magnification and the radio signal scanner he had recently installed he assessed the other air traffic. As he looked for threats and possible targets Patches overlaid the drone AR with ads for the concert. "Ok y'all I'm in the air. Here's a top down view  for ya." Patches slid the copy of the streaming vid of the belly camera onto sunshine's network. After examining the other drones he checked the roof for anything unusual.

JOOC: I'm not rolling for the guards, as 4 hits on Con is literally more than they could actually get. Regarding the examination of the other drones outside, Clearsight is only used when the Drone is acting autonomously. Since you are remoting it right now, please roll your Perception skill plus the drone's Sensor rating

Moving past the guards at the door, you all catch a glimpse of the roiling sea of people listening to Nabo's performance. Moving past the guards at the curtain, you find yourselves in the backstage area. It's a narrow hallway that runs parallel to the stage. There is a single door exit here, guarded by one person. A second guard is seated in front of one of the dressing rooms (probably Nabo's?) looking rather bored.

Nemesis turned to Mr. Smith, "Sir if you wanted to talk to Nabo in the dressing room then you should have set up an interview with his PR manager," and she smiled and sent a text message <<any chance one of you matrix gurus sending in an interview request for Nabo and making it look like its coming from his PR guy? Could probably use that to get you in his room to set up before the end of his show>>

Oh sure, I've got his PR on speed dial. Just gimme an hour or so to small talk him....
