Winters just shook his head at Shira at the mention of coffee.

"I say we use our inside man a little more then you all actually plane to. Looking at the schismatics here we are going to have to get some info from him whether we like it or not." Winters said unwrapping a breakfast burrito.

"Package delivery guy..." Winters said pondering for a bit.

Winters set down his burrito and looked at Shira and Devil, "I'll see if you two don't mind this but my plan calls for getting one of you into the building. If I can see who delivers to the hospital and get a manifesto from them and a delivery truck..." he kind of pauses for a moment before he continues "I think you two can figure out the rest."

Winters grabs the burrito in front of him and starts to take small bits out of it looking at Devil and Shira.

Devils eyes gleamed. It was clear that he enjoyed this part of the job.

"Getting into buildings is kinda my thing. Wouldn't mind someone stealthy there to cover me though."

"You're talking about a Trojan Horse for recon? Details, man. Is the truck only there to get a small recon team in? If so we need to find a way to simulate an order. We could send them something, create a false need for something to be ordered, or simply hack their system and make an order for them... Take your pick, but we will probably have to do this twice just for recon. Anyways, that way we will be able to follow the truck and figure out where we'll have to borrow it from. Bad idea to steal it. Even then we don't really know what the hospital protocol is for receiving shipments. If they use a Shiawase delivery service then you can bet your last Nuyen that we need to crack some electronic security just to play the part. I can probably do it, but not so easily on the fly. Can't 100% promise I wont raise any red flags either."

Winters finished eating his burrito listening to Devil asking him questions.

"A Trojan Horse for recon is exactly what it is." Winters said leaning against a counter and crossing his arms.

"The truck getting in a small team, say 2 or 3, is the best way. I say creating a false need for something to be shipped in would be better then making an order for them. Ever had someone bring you an unexpected package before? You usually think something fishy is going on and I don't need to have some corp goons crawling all over us because they weren't expecting a delivery."

Winters moved away from the counter, "I'll see what the protocol is for the hospital for delivering packages and I'll look into who does the delivering."

Winters than strolled out of the kitchen while activating his commlink to make a call or two.

Gave Jackie Battle and George Celldew a call to see about the hospitals protocol for deliveries and to see who does deliveries for them.

Jackie Battle: Not sure what service they use, but I bet if you can get me a model of vehicle, I could probably get one for you, might need some mods to make it work out for wherever it's going, but I also know a guy that could probably do that too. Just let me know.

George Celldew: I hear they use that Hermes Delivery Service for most things, from small packages on bicycle couriers to massive equipment in megalifters. I'll send their info to your commlink.

Hermes Delivery Service:
Seattle based delivery specialists, from flowers to flotillas. A winged sandal is their logo with their name in fancy script diagonally across the logo.
A host of possible delivery options is listed:
Bicycle Courier
GMC Bulldog Step Van
Nordkapp Zugmaschine
Ares Dragon
Hawker Ridley HS-950 Skytrain
Each with the listed price and average delivery time. Faster deliveries for a nominal fee of course.
Sorry, no deliveries made to combat zones.

Winters returned into the kitchen about 5 minutes later with his contacts info.

"Alright, the guys that deliver from the hospital go by Hermes Delivery Service. They do anything from bike courier to megalifters." Winters sends the delivery options to the rest of the group to take a look at, "Also, I have a guy that can hook us up with a delivery vehicle as well and he can provide us with mods for one if needed."

Fang tilted his head to the side in thought. "Hopefully it shouldn't be too hard to generate a fake employment record in case we get caught out. Main thing though is to get that fake inventory shortage going, which means we'll likely need to get nearby to sneak in to the network to do so. After that I can create a backdoor for use during the mission." He looked from Shira to Devil. "Either one of you probably could get close enough to act as a bridge for my connection without drawing any negative attention."

"It'll need to be done very carefully though, both the actual hacking and the method to get near enough to hack. The last thing we need to do is put them on edge."

Winters noticed Fang never looked at him when talking about being a bridge, "What, do I seem like the guy to attract all the negative stuff?" Winters said raising his muscular arms.

He just shook his head and dropped his hands down to his sides, "Anyways, how are we going to handle the delivery aspect of things? I have a few ideas myself."

"Sure, I can do that.", Devil replied to Fang, his eyes lifted toward the ceiling in thought as he casually ate. "Unless the lady wants the role."

"That's a good question. Without using our inside man it seems like it will be difficult to gain access. Is that what you meant? What were your ideas, Winters?"

"I was thinking anyone with a chameleon suit can grab a ride in the delivery vehicle. Probably along the delivery route to the hospital so nothing seems odd to Hermes... they will be keeping track of the vehicle. I was also thinking of the box trick. You literally load someone into a box, one that's big enough, and get them into the building or facility that way." Winters said as he leaned his body against a counter.

((OOC: Wondering if Obidancer has disapeared on us...))

"I'm willing and able to perform either of those roles. When it comes to fitting inside boxes I'm something of an expert..."

He briefly smiled in a mildly insane manner, making the others question whether he is joking or not.

"How 'bout it, Shira? Wanna handle my package?", he asked with a wink, clearly finding himself entertaining.

The changeling chuckled slightly as Winters raised his arms. "Not so much that. More that they are less likely than you to draw the attention. The only person actually likely to draw a fair amount of negative attention vould be me." He bared predator's teeth as if proving a point.

Fang snorted in mild amusement at Devil's behaviour. "Keep  it in your pants. You'll have time to flirt later." Turning his thoughts to Winters' suggestion of a box, he tapped a claw on the table absently. "I think it might be an idea to go about it that way. Danger would be if they demand to examine the contents at the door, we'd need to account for that possibility if it comes up."

Winters let a small smile appear at the corners of his mouth as Fang bared his teeth at him but the smile disappeared when Devil spoke.

"Cazzo stupido." Winters said under his breath as Fang spoke to Devil. Winters hoped Devil didn't treat every women he saw like that... some would have his balls in this city.

Winters came back to the situation at hand when Fang mentioned the box trick, "We could have a false wall of sorts in the box. Have some of the shipment on top on the false wall and have someone underneath it. However is going to be our delivery boy could just sweet talk his way paste getting the box inspected. I'm more worried about other things like scanners and such right now."

Winters then checked the clock in the upper right hand corner of his AR. A lot of time had already passed with this little breakfast party and would probably be a good idea to do some leg work.

Winter clapped his hands together, "Alright, I think we have a solid plan for now and talking about it more will just waste time. Now we got to do the real dirty work." He walked over to his jacket and flung it on, "So... who wants to come to Hermes DS with me?"

The thief ignored their objections to his jokes, seeming completely unaffected by them aside from a self-satisfied smirk. Clearly he was toying with them all. "Wants to might be stronger phrasing than I would use.", He quipped as he pushed off from the counter. "Let's go steal us a delivery job.", he breathed with a sigh. there was a twinkle in his eye that only appeared when Devil talked about theft. Throwing on his hood, he strolled for the door, his hands sliding into his coat pockets. "Hey, furball... Make sure they don't turn us away, ay?" The man casually added, "Counting on yah."

Fang flapped a dismissive hand at Devil. "I'll take care of it." He finished off the last of his sandwich and got up, stretching slightly as he moved to get into a better position to slip into VR. Double checking that his subscription to Devil's commlink was still open, he sat against a wall, wanting to avoid the furniture in case the hacking ended up causing him to bleed. Blood on white is not a good look.

His eyes took on an unfocused look as he allowed himself to slip into the comfort of Virtual Reality, his body going limp on the floor, his persona activating on the thief's commlink. He revelled in  the comfort of hotsimmed cyberspace, it was good to be back even if it had only been a little while. Since he was going to spend more time there, he took a look around the design of the commlink node, filled with curiosity.

@Devil/Winters: I'm with you guys. Have fun. The message came from their commlinks as they left Shira's house.

The commlink node was just as blankly modern as the apartment owned by Shira. White walls adorned with fantastic artwork, some stationary, others streaming glowing flecks of light into the room. The lights seemed dim but comfortable, and the available furniture was all white and oversized. As you settle comfortably into the node, shimmering patterns emerge into access controls for just about everything in the apartment.

While Fang settled into cyberspace, Devil and Winters make for the streets outside. Rain poured off the overhang above Shira's door and as the duo made their way to the car, drops pelted their hoods and threatened to seep through their protective layers. Shaking off and getting into the car takes only a moment and they are off into the overflowing streets once again. City streets seem empty, squatters hide in the porches of abandoned buildings, or hurry between them. Even the rats seem to have disappeared. As Winters makes the first turn, he fleetingly notices a thin man dressed in all white standing on the corner, he can't tell exactly where he is looking because his deep hood hides his face, but he feels like he is looking at Winters and Devil. Though, when he looks back, no one is there.

The drive to Hermes is uneventful, and as you pull to a stop under the delivery company's neon sign, you take a look around. The layout is pretty standard, a fenced lot holds a few vans and two larger trucks. A garage bay door is open and inside you can see messengers milling about trying to avoid getting the next job to deliver something by motorcycle, or worse, bicycle. There is a single story office building attached to the garage with an Open sign flashing above glass doors.
