Clem looks at Johnny and gives him a forced smile. "Good idea" replies the ork woman as he and Icarus leave the van. She herself steps outside, partly not wanting to disturb Fionn but mostly not to be with O'Connor, but stays next to the vehicle, keeping an eye out on her surroundings.

Without anymore detailed instruction, Icarus simply walks up to the building and walks along the front of it.  Johnny hangs back a little, keeping his attention on the surroundings and preparing to change his vantage point when Icarus turns the corner.

The sensor reading begin to flow, showing nothing inside the structure.

Once in front of the main door, Icarus pauses for a moment, giving Fionn a good crack at the portal.  A second later some strange sounds come through the system and Icarus, sounding very puzzled, "The door just unlocked, Red, did you do something?"

@Icarus: "Nothing on my end; damn thing's not broadcasting...  Mind pointing the comm's camera at it?  Wonder if there's a sensor or something you tripped...  Hell, if we DID stash our gear here before going on the run, it might be the security is set to open for us..."

Icarus shows the camera the electronics on the door, between Clem and Fionn this closer look will let you figure out that the system is a facial recognition scanner, and that Icarus was apparently an authorized entrant.

"That's a facial recognition system, omae. Seems you're cleared to enter. Be careful" says Clem to Icarus, looking at the team inside the vehicle and asking "What now?"

O'Connor got out of the van and started towards the building, "If we're being let in, then we should just go in and get our stuff."

"Might be you're right, but let's be careful and make sure things are clear all the same...  Never know what might happen."

"Good idea," Sammy said as she got out of the car, wincing a bit when she felt some pain go through her abdomen.

She followed behind O'Connor towards the warehouse.  Some good clothes and her foci wouldn't be a bad idea.

The inside of the building is only a little more interesting than the outside, most of the internal features have been stripped to the wall, only a couple of shelving units remain, the channel in the floor for wet-docking a boat runs about halfway into the middle of the floor.  By the channel, a cheap desk sits, a small video unit and display atop it.

What the hell is going on here? Sam mused to himself as he joined the group entering the warehouse. Seeing the desk, he caught Icarus's eye and mimed holding the 'link so that Red would be able to see it as well.

Icarus will follow Torley's instruction, scanning around the room with the com and them focusing on the desk.  "Looks clear, should we wait for you guys or go ahead and take a look at this?"

As soon as she is inside the ward, Sammy opened her eyes to the astral again.  Now she could look inside the ward to see where it was anchored and also if there was anything inside it on the astral.  Although spirits could get out without any problem by jumping to their metaplane, one could be tasked to guard.
