Gentleman Street Samurai who lacks any emotion, that's why Charisma is low and social skills high. He knows how to act in social scene, but something is off about him and makes more observant people nervous.. I was debating taking Cyberpsychosis but I didn't feel it really fit my character Idea, and for 10BP bonus, it's overpriced. He is all business and strives to make his legal sim life legit and totally separate from his shadow life. My idea is a cross between Gus from Breaking Bad and Stringer (but with Yakuza) from The Wire. He is the manager of a Stuffer Shack, and shadowruns to supplement his income and acquire underworld contacts. His vindictive quality is purely about business (He can't be seen as weak and must eliminate any possible threat.) I'm pretty much sure about characters attributes, The first thing I'm going to raise is charisma to 3 or 4 as character learns to fake emotions more, but that's only attribute I want to touch. Not sure about skill group, I know I want etiquette for sure at at least 4. I took influence group because it's 4 skills and they are all pretty useful, but I'm open to suggestions.

The guns are from Gun Heaven 2 book (I'm assuming bayonet would count as blade for Ronin quality right?)

This is from Way of the Street Samurai Book (In case you don't have it)
Ronin
Cost: 10 BP
Prerequisites: Must maintain Street Cred equal to or greater than
Notoriety. Willpower and Intuition statistics must total at least 7.
Characters with this uality reduce the Essence Cost of
bioware or cyberware implants (choose one) by ten percent. is
discount does not apply to genetech or nanotech, and the character
may not also discount that type of implant with Biocompatability.
In addition, they may choose one of the following: +1 DV with
Blades; or, when they have a blade equipped and are not surprised,
+2 to Reaction tests to defend themselves from combat, Indirect
Combat spells, and so forth. Reaction-linked skill tests, Initiative,
and Surprise Tests are not a ected by this quality. If a Ronin’s
Notoriety ever overtakes his Street Cred, he maintains his Essence
discount but loses the DV or Reaction bonus.

Were I making a character like this, I'd go with Code of Bushido (RC) instead of First Impression. The difference between the two? First Impression gives you two dice the first time you meet someone, and increases your Street Cred by one. Bushido increases your Street Cred modifier by two.

(So long as people know of you - Street Cred) First Impression has the better positive modifier the first time you meet someone (+3 / -1), while Bushido is constant once anyone hears of your rep. (+2 / -2)

The Street Cred modifier caps at your Charisma, so actually that's not a good idea.

Ohh Good Idea Novocrane!

I do plan on raising charisma first karma I get...
If I take willpower 4 and charisma 3 it would be 25 karma to raise my willpower
or just 15 karma to raise charisma to 3, then 20 to raise it to 4.

Wait - you should rebalance this.

Pool-neutral, you can either spend 40 points on your Influence and 10 points on your Charisma, or 30 on Influence and 20 on Charisma.  Don't make him emotionless; everyone has emotions, even cyberzombies.  (It's just more remote for them.)  If this is Gentleman Ronin, then he's not emotionless, he's simply very, very controlled.  Willpower 5 is fine, but bump the Charisma to 3, drop Influence by 1.  Switch 'First Impression' for 'Code of Bushido' as Novocrane said.

Change Escrima to Kendo, Kenjutsu, or something more Japanese, and assemble for your GM four weapon-based bonuses for you to select from; try not to double up (i.e. +2 DV to Blades) if you can help it.  Balance your Pistols and your Blades out, both at 5.

Remove SINner; get a good (level 4) false ID for your 'stuffer shack employee' self.  Drop Vindictive, because ... it's just annoying, and I have a knee-jerk reaction to 'Vindictive' due to the original phrasing of it.  Not even standard Samurai were 'you took the last piece of candy! Off with your head!'.

In exchange, pick up Vendetta - that is, if you're a real Ronin, whose Lord (however you frame the term) was killed.  (Call that 'kill the bastard what killed my Lord.')  You also have to pick up Enemy, so that takes care of a big chunk of NegQual there as well.  After all, he's someone who wants you whacked because you're the last hanging thread - and you are, after all, out to kill him, right??  Make him someone serious, and then you'll be set.  ;)
