Silk had remained quiet and maintained a pensive look on her face.
The good news was Legion was likely to be dead. The guy had been a serious liability from the start, she'd never wanted to work so closely with anyone acting like that and had serious questions about his sanity. She couldn't fault the Johnson for doing what he'd done to the weirdo. Unless of course Diego hadn't actually killed him and had really only rendered him unconscious. She couldn't think of a single reason to do so, unless maybe making some money selling the technomancer to some lab. But he obviously didn't need the money, so it would mean allowing loose ends for no real reason. For that there was simply no excuse.
Still, there was nothing she could do about it and it meant one less liability to worry about, so all-in-all she considered it a good thing. Saved her from having to kill the guy, too.
Andromeda... That was another thing. The girl had her quirks, sure, but she usually had her things together well enough, she was skilled, reliable and -equally important-, very easy to mold and eager to please. Then again, she had disappeared before and returned without any comment. Of course, that would have been the professional thing to do if she'd been on another job, so in this line of business that couldn't really be considered to be so negative.
Still, Junior asked to investigate Rommy -after- she'd disappeared. If he'd taken care of her already, that wouldn't have been necessary. Doubly so because it would mean he'd have his hands on everything already. The girl and her things were inseparable and if he had physical access to her implanted commlink, asking a hacker (or well, a technomancer) to hack her from a distance made little sense; it'd be a lot easier to do with physical access.
But something needed to be done. She'd vanished in the middle of a pretty big job. They needed to act like 'runners instead of friends and do the professional thing, for better or for worse.
"Do it. Hack her, locate her, whatever. We need to find out what's going on. If she's in trouble, she might need our help. If she's not, we still need to know what's happened. Just don't give Junior any information about her before giving it to us so we can determine what needs to be done.", she finally said, not a shred of doubt in her voice.
"Some more info about mister Diego Silver would be welcome too, of course. But if you ask me, none of these new revelations really change anything concerning the job or our employer. So he wants to keep an eye on us. Have you ever had a Johnson that wasn't a control freak?"

If she can find out anything else with that, I'd appreciate being told, but I'll leave that up to you.
Very, very sorry for slow posting.
