Lowfyr had a presence in the UCAS in the original Secrets of Power book.  I've forgotten what the company was called though?

Just re-read these fairly recently and I don't believe Lofwyr's ownership of any Seattle corps is explicitly mentioned. He definitely interferes with the operations of the dragon Haesslich, who was head of security for United Oil before being taken out by Sam Verner and Ghost-Who-Walks-Inside (and Ghost's urban tribe).

Saeder-Krupp isn't even mentioned in the first Secrets of Power book - Lowfyr is encountered at a genetics corporation in Quebec, of all places.

S-K is mentioned in the second book as one of the owners of ATT, which has shown up in game sources as well.

S-K's lack of (official) presence for most of North America appears to be in part because they are banned in pretty much every nation there except the CAS, UCAS and Quebec - although Tir Tairngire's ban was lifted as soon as he was no longer a Prince.

S-K's North American HQ is a bit of a bugbear.

It's mentioned as being in Charlotte in a place or two, but in the Tir later, which made more sense since, you know, he was on the Council of Princes and had to be there from time to time for official duties *anyway*. For Dirty Tricks, this got a bit of a massage, with the Charlotte office being the CAS HQ that was large enough to serve as the NA HQ, and was being set-up as such during the Dragon Civil War, until Hestaby got defanged in the Tir herself.

S-K Prime got a North American HQ in Atlanta, and S-K as a whole is quite popular in the CAS, allowing them to fan out from there.

Since the NA HQ is in Portland, just down the river, it makes sense that S-K wouldn't waste a ton of money building up officies in Seattle, but it's safe to say that they have lots of subsidiaries skulking around in disguise. :)

Actually, the Tir Tairngire sourcebook specifically stated the Tir government didn't allow Saeder-Krupp to conduct business inside the Tir to prevent "conflict of interests" with Lofwyr position as a prince. Shadows of North America specifically mentions S-K applying for a business license only after Lofwyr stepped down from the council in 2062.
