Any info would be good but specifically push for things like, schedule, habits, appearance, any thing unique about him. Provide the name that kuren got for us if pushed. Also, if necessary, roll con(obviously to lie) or neg(if i think he/she wants something) or leadership(if i think i can convince him/her onto out side) or even try to use commanding voice subtly ("pass me his key", "let us past", in the case he/she shows some resistance to reveal a secret "you can tell me")

HyrdroRaven I'm gonna try to get into building security and see what if any kind of devices may be guarding the apartment,  maglocks, cameras, etc.  Also I'd like to check the CHN to see if there's any info or unusual devices slaved to it.  Just not sure what you'd want me to roll.

First, I guess a roll to find the hidden security node would be appropriate. After that, your standard hacking (on-the-fly in this case, unless you want to make your teammates wait after you) to get in and see what they have.

I did one scan for a hidden node in my block of hacking rolls (quoted below) and according to the book the test threshold is 4.  Unless you say it's general search in which case I can bust out some extended test rolls.

After that I'll search for a node within the apartment and scan for any hidden nodes.Elec. Warfare 3 + Scan 5 = 8d6 8d6.hits(5)=4

Ok, that was my oversight. You do find the hidden security node, so you can roll to get in.

So, like I said, my Matrix knowledge is not that great. From what I understand, with your Matrix perception roll, you have 3 things you can look at (I'm looking at p. 228 in the Core Book). You looked at other slaved devices (cameras, locks, etc.), which would leave you with 2 other things to look at in this node.

202 is the warded room, the room across would be 409 where someone is. It's about 23:00, so most rooms have people inside of them.

And just to make my post clear, the alert is still on in the node, Lumen. By experience, you know that if anyone calls law-enforcement, a handful of patrol cars (about 4-5) will show up.
