For lifestyle? I'd recommend looking at the Advanced Lifestyle options from last editions Runners Companion, or (and I'm sure CanRay will be along any moment) the PDF only Safehouses release.

As for specific recommendations... How about something like

Noisy -10% cost

Your apartment is located above a nightclub, next to the elevated rail track or in some other location that is loud late at night. Treat this apartment as giving the 10 point version of the insomnia quality to anyone sleeping there.

Heh i like that one though i am not sure how well that would actually work. Couldn't you just get er plugs or something to cancel out all the noise making that negative quality just free extra karma?

But the one i was allowed to use in a game i played in was bad mentor, so my mage only started with 6 spells and not 10. And I had to pay a little extra karma the first time i wanted to learn the first 4 new spells to counter act the bad advice.

and some one came up with the negative quality of to young, her charter was 13 so her strength and body couldn't be higher then 3 at character creation and she suffered a -2 penalty to some social interactions, and +2 when dealing with kids and teens.
