I use books, my brain and notepad.
Ah yeah, I'm lacking at least one of those.
It's not uncommon. I know a lot of GMs use Daegann's, and insist their players use it.
Stopped using Daegann's the second I found Chummer.
That said, I might use it again when I get my Surface RT... Don't think it can run Chummer

Ah thanks, well I finished making him and i have 159 karma and 10k nuyen left.................................................................. I have no idea what to use it on. I guess iwill up all skills not at 4 to 4... any other ideas?
Get some more Fake SIN's? Considering how good Three Star seems to be at making friends, I'm surprised he doesn't have dozens of identities and safehouses to hide with... Unless he's only got 1 left because he already had to burn the other 11 :p
Foot Anchor... It should technically probably be Exotic Melee weapon, but I seriously hate that stupid skill. Second choice would probably be Unarmed Combat (Spur), imho.
But sure, Blades work.
I'm nice like that.
That said, I do kind of have a problem with their availability. 'Normal' Cyberspur is12 and Forbidden. But the Foot Anchor, which helps its owner shoot bullets easier in addition to having the exact same deadly use as the Cyberspur, has a lower availability and technically couldn't legally be prevented from being walked right up to the president? That's just silly...
I can just give you another 8k if you like, I can spare it and buy 2000 nuyen of ammo
(Otherwise, as he was built from the foot anchors up, I'd have to scrap him and start over)
Don't care about the price, it's the legality of having hidden weapons built inside you: it simply is
illegal.
Any other cyberweapon is at the very least Restricted and all of the ones resembling anything like the anchor are Forbidden. You can't tell me that doesn't strike you as a bit odd.
That said, I'll let it be Restricted because excuses like 'I'm a mountaineer and use spurs for my safety" are probably legally just as valid as all those people buying automatic rifles for 'personal protection' or 'hunting'.
Edit: Apparently having blades or other sticky inside you is illegal, but having heavy firearms built inside you is legal with a license.
