Not a problem.  As far as gear goes?  Just a few basics for the surveillance to see the layout.  Glasses, tags, micro camera, good commlink in a pocket and not broadcasting, car parked relatively close to the fire escape.

Commlink and peripherals are on him, as well as the quick draw Scary Monster and the Concealed Ankle Revolver, Medkit is in his bikes compartment. 2 spare pred clips on him and two speed loaders. load very with more clips/loaders is also in the bike.
