You manage to get your message across and drop your commlink but the thing is fast, real fast. The swinging doors of the operating room almost knock you over as they burst open and the whirring sound of the chrome monstrosity's monofilament chainsaw makes your stomach clench. The teeth lining the edge of the weapon are just a blur and the arm comes down straight for you.
OOC: Exotic Weapon Chainsaw 4 + Logic 6 + VR2 [Acc 5 + 4] = (12d6.hits(5)=2) + Charge 2d6.hits(5)=0. So 2 hits. Zach roll defense (Reaction + Intuition). Chainsaw has reach of 1 so take -1 to defense unless you take a -5 to init and parry with weapon of reach 1. Since you still have a free action you can take a +1 defense to receiving charge.
@Stake & Storm:
The dwarven golem opens it's maw and begins to hose down the plasticrete barricade with a stream of acid so putrid you have to concentrate not to gag. You both stand back a little ways to not get splattered.
OOC: 2 layers of structure 10, Armor 16. Incoming damage is 18, AP-8, Structure 10 + Armor 16 - AP 8 = (18d6.hits(5)=7). Do 11 damage to first layer, which makes 1m x 1m hole in it. That's 1 point of acid damage on the second layer, which it will resist. That still knocks down the second layer's armor by 1, so now the second layer has Structure 10, Armor 15.
As you peak briefly to see the effect on the wall you see the bile colored liquid instantly begin to eat a decent sized crater into the barricade but it still isn't through to the other side yet.
