You instantly recognize the vehicles in the chase as they drive by as the friend form in front of your apartment earlier. it seems the gangers have the upper hand and the Leos are happy not to interfere while it is contained.

Lynx can't help but bust out laughing as he sees the SUV speed by.  "Hey those are the assholes who remodeled my door this morning.  Glad to see those gangers are giving them hell!  I am thinking they work for the kid's former employer but I also would rather not find out."

"Instructions?  Do you have a plan?  Since we have no recon on the university it may be better to try talking to him.  He knows his tails better than we do.  Perhaps he can tell us when and where he can elude them long enough for us to make the grab."

Yeah, I was thinking of giving him a call, maybe organise a quick drive-by pickup outside of the university this evening. If he's willing and co-operative then we can ditch the van now we know our cover is blown. If he's as willing to go as we think he is then we won't need the van to keep him subdued in, we could get him in your truck or on the back of my bike.

Icer keeps his mind racing with what to do if these was all a set up. I know one hard building location they went to. I have an astral viewing of their auras. Spotting a small convenience shop, Flea directs Lynx to pull over for a second whilst she dashed inside and picked up a disposable commlink.

Flea connects to the device with her hacked credentials, rummaging into his documents folder and creating a new one:

Professor, we're told you'd like to improve your current working conditions. We'd like to arrange an exit for you and can provide you with safe passage. However we need you to work with us and let us know the safest time and location. Please call me on the attached commcode <details attached>

She sets a reminder for 10 minutes time with the link there to her newly created file and adds the commcode to his phonebook under the name "CALL ME".
Disconnecting, she powers up the burner commlink and keeps an eye on the rear view sensors and passing traffic.
I've left him a note on his commlink and a system reminder for him to check it in ten minutes. The file says to call on the burner's commcode. Hopefully he's as willing as we've been led to believe.

After ten minutes the burner comm buzzes with a cheap tacky ringtone as you answer the professor is on the other end waiting...

ICER fallows the two ?teammates? To a shop that flea enters. ICER parks his bike so he can see the other two but the same time ICER starts scanning the area to see if anyone looks in the mood to send lead in his direction. Not sure of these two new guys ICER tries to keep his mouth shut on his abilities. So far the found a vehicle mask spell spirits and watchers. ICER waits at his bike for a second then walks over to the two.taking off his helmet Icer lights up his Aresblacks, oh how Icer loves his black sticks of necro mist, these just to seem to haze the days with bliss.

When Icer gets to the other runners rides he decides to ask, so wwhat's the plans now, anything I can do to help?

Icer drags on his smoke as he hears what the plan is. Not really wanting to let Lynx know his spell array, Icer fights for a second mentally then tell him. Ya I got a spell that can do that, thing is keeping too many spells going at one time kind of sidelines all my other abilities since keeping spells running is a mental drain. Icer uses the last of his smoke to light another one. Well smoking his chain of cigs Icer is a bit happier that this run has not gone south... well ok it has a bit... at least it hasn't gone south really badly.
