About this whole captain thing.
Angel hasn't said anything as it's handy for Andy to think that election has taken place. She is paranoid as fuck though. She is running under some assumptions that may end up making her look crazy. She also has an ulterior motive for getting out this night.
1) Andy offering us up a place to stay.
This is only so he knows where we are. He has listened to everything we say so that he knows our whereabouts as this all progresses. There may be tags on us as well. And most certainly our Commlinks may be compromised.
2) In the event that we compromise his business, he will burn us.
He's still a Johnson. He still has a business to run. The moment this all becomes uncomfortable for him, he will let the Mongrels know we are doing this. It drops the heat and he can make it clear that he stated we only look around.
3) In the event that DC drops their bid on the island and the Mongrels become permanent, he will burn us.
It is an easy and effective show of good faith to begin the ball rolling on new negotiations.
To make a long story short, if we fuck this up in any way, it will be the end of us. There is a reason that Johnson's have this reputation. Employee loyalty doesn't extend to contractors and they have the long game to run.
