@martinchaen
1. All my other techniques are simply modifications to Called Shots. At my table I don't allow it to stack with techniques which require a separate action. It's just a GM's call. I don't see anything broken about it, honestly.
2. Actual addiction rules at this table don't really matter to me: Error will be using drugs one way or another. But I have whipped up a graph showing one reading of addiction rules about six months ago. It has been brought up in
this topic.
3. I don't really understand you. I just want to specialize in Cyber Implants, which is a basic specialization of Unarmed, listed in the book. So I would like our GM to clarify if such specialization would apply to attacks with cyberlimbs without additional implanted weapons. I know how MA specializations work, but I have them as a back-up plan.
Thanks for your advice. Although I would appreciate if you could refrain from giving such detailed advice: sometimes it's too much. Thank you =)
4. You must be right. I'm not a native speaker, so I'll change it to something you listed. We have a separate word for that in Russian, but I failed to find a fitting English translation for it =(
5. Yeah, thanks, I can read weapon codes and descriptions =P It's for those times when fecal matter makes contact with rotating blades =)
I don't really see a problem with stacking a helmet and a ballistic mask, but I can swap the helmet for snake socks for you =)) There are lots off accessories, which grant armor bonuses and not every one makes sense. But that's a game. So here I agree with Triskavanski =)
6. See 3 above =)
7. Or I can ask our GM if it's OK to have all the penalties from that N. Quality, but justify them differently. The book is not set in stone =) Additionally, Error wouldn't be able to cover up his fame and attitude (one can come up with ways to cover them up, but I just would like if the penalty applied all the time). So not a big deal mechanics-wise, but it works great for the concept.
Can't wait for the game to start =)
