Very enjoyable - it took a bit to get going, but it was a lot of fun to watch.

I saw this the other night, and yeah it's fairly awesome, but to be pedantic I'll note it's not a spoof, at least not of Shadowrun.  The bits outside of the game itself are a something of a spoof or parody of gaming culture, but as for the game itself they are straight up playing Shadowrun, just with the name changed for potential legal reasons.

im sorry i just dont see it. The writing is bad. The acting is worse. This feels like the first half hour of Birdemic.

I actually thought it was fairly well done. The writing of this, and all the previous The Gamers videos, has been fairly consistent. It's made to play up the stereotype of the Borderling-Gaming-Obsessed geek and it does a pretty good job of it. Note that none of the actors in it are mainstream types, it is a fan-made thing, so the budget is also probably pretty low.

All in all, I like it. It's short, cliche, and as I said plays to stereotypes, but I like it.

I liked it. Nicely done. Reminded me of my earlier runs during my "GM vs the players" years

I thought it was really well done, and I especially liked how the rich guy, with no special abilities who was supposed to be terrible at gaming, basically did all the work the entire run. Well, except when the GM was playing his own character, but that doesn't count.
