Ok, a lot of options here. I've updated the Google map with points of interest. Let me know if anything is unclear.
First off, the Texas Rangers HQ is not what you would call a hardened military facility. Y'all are under the impression that most of what the Rangers do here is escort sensitive material to and from A&M, and their facility is little more than a barracks, and a converted one at that. While the locker room and showers look as though they could handle up to 20 Rangers at a given time, sleeping quarters knock the number of on-site personnel to maybe 8 tops. Of course, if Drampe is really calling in some favors, he may have some sleeping in the General Aviation Terminal, but that's just conjecture. There are three offices in the HQ, a staff meeting room, a break room, and an operations room, which is set up to accommodate three riggers, and a security technician. The operations room is the furthest interior room in the building. It does not appear as though any additional reinforcements have been added to the building itself, and most security measures were installed as an afterthought. There are security cameras places at the main and back entrance, and in the hallways, though they seem absent from any rooms. Motion detectors have also been installed in the hallways, though with the 24 hour schedule that an airport is typically on, it's doubtful those are active unless the facility is in lock-down. The HQ has no independent power supply. It is unclear where one would stash a veritable shit-ton of deepweed, though. One guess might be the locker room, as it has the highest level maglock (4), and lockers inside. Another option would be the operations room, as it also has a level 4 maglock, though space is at a premium in there.
At the west side of the airport, you'll find the Texas A&M Nuclear Science Center and Power Station. In addition to hosting a small research facility, this building provides all the power for the airport. You notice an access grate in the sub-basement. The tunnel leading to the sub-basement goes past the edge of the blueprints, but if you had to hazard a guess, you'd bet it probably empties somewhere to the south near White Creek. It would probably be possible to take out a transformer at the power station and take out the airport's power supply, if you were so inclined.
