Great post. With that said, I'm not entirely sure if Bookworm knows where any safehouses would be. She doesn't really have those kind of connections. I guess I could hit up my fixer. Would I think that Eiroa would be able to secure something for us?

I'm sorry, I thought I'd already replied to this.  Eiroa would definitely be the best shot for getting a safe house.  Alternatively, Delilah could try her prof contact and pull some story about not feeling safe near campus, but if she brought her friends along, that might raise some eyebrows, especially with Error all over the news.

yeah, that's pretty good.  I'll let Ryo fill you in on Jack's emotional state aside from what I'll offer.  Otherwise, you see that he's not wounded, mundane, you get a very good read on the type and location of his augmentations, and you will notice that he's feeling stressed and rather leery.

Oh yeah, you basically read him like a book. He has numerous emotions going on right now, the things that would stand out the most are his current discomfort, as well as his paranoia, stress and general on edgeness. He's not hostile, but he's guarded, and tense, as if he is prepared to retaliate at a moment's notice if things go poorly.

He's wary of Error, indifferent towards Bookworm, and is regarding Hopeless with a small amount of disdain. He has not been making a good impression, suffice it to say.

It's unlikely to be necessary, but just in case this turned out to be an ambush, Jack is wearing his respirator under the bandana covering the lower half of his face, and he's got some of his grenades on him (pepper punch and flash bangs), wirelessly active and running silent, ready to be detonated with a mental command. Hence the leeriness, and being tense and prepared to retaliate.

Should you guys decide to attack him for some insane reason, he'd detonate one in the car.  That would end very poorly for all of us, of course, so it's more of a 'I'm taking you with me' strategy than one that would realistically allow him to escape.

Let me know if I need to roll palming or anything, since he's technically concealing weapons. Not sure if anyone is actually searching him for any, though.

Money Question:

How do we want to handle the advance from Johnson? I can create a new tracking tab for the team and we can draw it out of that, then distribute it at the end if that's what we want. I need to know as Hopeless is again out of money. I figure he would have used the advance to pay for the 300 nuyen to get connected (which would bring him out of the red).

ETA: I went ahead and created a "Team" tab and put the cost of the hotel room from last night, Tammy's fee, and Eiroa's safehouse fee on there. Bookworm will also push for having the cost of the kegs refunded to her, particularly now that the deposit is lost. But we can deal with that later.

The agreed upon fee for the job was 31,500¥.  With the 5,000¥ deposit, that leaves 26,500¥ to be paid upon delivery.  However you guys want to split and use the deposit is up to you.  I would imagine, though, that team expenses will be deducted as a whole before the profits are split, so setting up a team tab is a good idea.

I'm unsure about Red-Eye's starting scratch.  I can't remember if Ryo rolled for it, or not.

I just added the 5k to Ians money on the character sheet and have been paying for things out of that since then.
