A lot depends on how far you want to let them do this. Remember runners will take everything but the kitchen sink if given the chance, do you really want to add corpsejacking to the list?
If your runners are that strapped for money they are considering selling body parts/cyber, maybe you should also re-evaluate how much they are getting paid per run as this may be a sign they do not feel run payouts are meeting their expectations.
Are you really wanting to deal with Tamanous though? They are more about the meat, though of course they do recover/recycle cyber. Some seedy streetdocs might take second hand cyber for their own reusing without necessarily messing with the big T.
Well you should make them sweat a bit to find the contact, afterall most streetdocs are not just going to take a body off your hands out of the blue like that.
Too much chance they will think it is a possible set-up by the cops or someone unless they really know you.
A fixer might know someone who might know someone to offload the cyber on, though they will probably get sent to a particularly seedy part of town and said streetdoc might take the rest of the body off their hands to dispose of it, though if they try and negotiate a bit may give them a bit for the rest of the meat.
So they get a small initial payout, with a promise of maybe better payouts now they know the team is ok, plus now they are on someone's radar as looking to move meat.
Edit: Let them hock some more cyber (and a small amount for the meat) a few times to see how they like a taste of the biz.
Now you get to decide to leave it this level or do you want to introduce the T Factor?
If the former, continue with bodychopshop, though you may throw some curve balls from time to time, like other persons looking for the missing bodies, cops, rival body shops ... Having one of the team gets KO'd and dragged off by a gang known to deal with body chop shops is a fun bit of irony and lets the team be on the receiving end as they race to save all their buddy's bits.
If the latter, a run or two later, have one of the runners get an anonymous commlink message with a one time use response code to see if they were looking to sell any other 'acquisitions'. If they say no, they don't get asked again, but if they respond yes, further instructions may be made. Attempts to backtrack this should face heavy rolls to defeat as it zigzags through multiple layers of security and ultimately will lead to another fixer. Keep track of this and maybe run some trace attempts along the way by the systems to try and locate the runners, their decker may jack out if he is suddenly being targeted by tracking programs rather than tangle with them, plus it makes the runners aware they are dealing with some serious folk.
Then drop the team a message saying they have a special request to fill. A name and location is given as to where to find this subject and any parameters (alive but KO'd, dead but taking especial care not to mess up the lungs/heart, etc..)
