== Touristville - 12/24/2075, 18:15 ==

The doctor was in the rental car returning to his home and clinic after dropping Veronica off at her home. A feeling of elation infused his spirit as her answer continued echoing through his mind. A good start for the evening, he thought.

As he pulled in to the garage at home, he sends a quick message inquiring as to the status of the repairs before exiting the vehicle and heading in to await contact time for the beginning of the job and for any other prospective team members to make contact.

"No thanks, i dont drink coffee." David says at the first offer "As for the favor, i can help. Just basic filming never pays the bills after all. What do you need watched?"
Concepts are great, but implementation sucks. Why not improve it?

"Right, first though i need to head home and collect the rest of my equipment." He says, looking to the captian expectedly. He didnt drive here himself after all.

He wouldn't show the captian where he lived either. Only get dropped off and head inside for his full gear now. <<@Serge: this serge? Heard you needed a nightcrawler?>>

@David - The captain calls Stephanie to drive you back home. While driving you she asks you "So... what do you really photograph?"

Receiving a message, Serge transmits a response, <<Indeed it is. If you're up for it, we're hired to rescue someone from the Brain Eaters. We need to be in their territory by 22:13.>>

@Serge IT texts you >> I'll send you the car back with autopilot first thing tomorrow morning. You should give me a list of modifications and I'll do that for you too.

@Serge Touristville is perhaps the most lively part of the city. It is the main area where Brain eaters are spotted. It is full of live music clubs, good restaurants  and you can find any sort of entertainment there. This is where you usually see a strong gang presence but for the more civilized gangs like Mafia and Yakuza. That evening Touristville seemed a bit underpopulated, many of the 'tourists' decided to stay home. The air was relatively clean and cold, you could actually breathe. These that do wander the streets, seem just a little less careless then previously was.  Knight Errant presence also seems very sparse, a lot less than in regular days. You kind of expected it to peak considering how important that area is to the city's economy and all the crazy stuff that's been going on.

@IT: <<Thank you very much. As for modifications, perhaps a better on board computer and piloting program?>>

David blinks looking at the comm message, Brain Eaters huh?

Knowledge - Gangs  (Seattle): 11d6t5 2

Turning to her, "Everything." he responds truthfully, being both precise and vague in exactly one word. He didn't know too much about the Brain Eaters, they sounded a bit like a new gang, which may explain it, or could be they've been very small. Perhaps, they were a faction of a bigger gang. What he couldn't help but wonder is if they were smart or dumb, as their name could easily go both ways. They could be a gang of geeks, all playing chess and plotting out successful financial portfolios. Or they could be someone who hates people like that and their fancy math words. "Anycase, I should get out here. Perhaps I'll send you a bit on this job, and you might be able to provide me with some fresh info that I don't have when it comes up."

<<@Serge: Got it, Will have to do some research. What is their emblem?>>

Not sure about it, myself, but I kind of figure that that would be among the information given.

@David they are red fez-wearing hacker gang  that is best known for electronic crime, smuggling, tech-scavenging and black marketeering.
Really the nicest gang you could encounter. In the last few months they are accused with numerous drone attacks and high profile hacking. They seem to be stealing police drones and then using them to smite rival gangers - you assume that it is because of the pressure they receive from other gangs.  Every resource in the Barrens seems to be challenged again.

Serge transmits back, opening a channel to Sovereign as well to keep him apprised:
<<From what I was told, we don't need to be hackers, as the rescue mission is fully physical. We just need to be in position at the appointed time when we'll receive a specific location.>>
