@Spitfire - there is something very odd about that safe-house. At a first glance there is no activity at all, but then it strike you.  First their grid is super fast, way faster than you expect anyone i the Barrens to have. You can also spot multiple satellite dishes and antennas running silent and physically hidden. You spot no icons at all just a small host. It appears that other than the Antennas and satellite dishes that serve as a an access point to the outside world. The rest of the icons are hidden inside the host.

No so fast, suga' BigJim stopped Artic from stepping out.

Bruno has mentioned the security inside the safegouse is top notch and way too guarded to attempt getting in. I have to doubt you can pull it off, but we're simply not gonna take the chance. There's more at stake here than a simple extraction. Politics at play and shit.
So that leaves us with the ambush option and it's a matter of  deciding where we pull it.

Spitfire, I'm more interested in your hacking skills to start with. Can you brick a vehicle? Or at least momentarily stop it?

@Artie there is a single, unarmed guard at the entrance. At first you were not even sure he is a guard as he is dressed like an homeless and just sits on the pavement covered with newspapers. Watching him for a while you notice that he is very much aware of his surrounding. Too alert for someone that sleeps on the streets.   Other than that there are no visible security guards. Not even a car right now. It seems like that if somebody want to move the decker  the first step will be to send a car to pick her up.

OOC: Orange circle marks guard. If you set an ambush feel free to position yourself.  Or take a snapshot of other nearby location and position yourself.

Turning to look at Jim she replies, "If its got rigger equipment I can do it wireless, but if a rigger is in it I cant do jack, or its not rigger equipped then I have to hook in via a physical connection, also those guys over there are pretty smart, low strength host, but no showing icons, means there over there with some decent security, I can get in, but once im in it will be hard to stay stealth once im in, might be able to contact our charge while im in there though, but if im found they will probably call for back up screwing the pooch as it were." She took a moment to think it over. I could try and get in and see what I see, but as soon as I get in I wont have long, so either hard and fast early with the chance of back up, or try and wait for the car and hit them then."

Artie turned to look at Jim and smiled, "I didn't say I was going in.  I'm no dummy.  Just going to take a look around the outside."

With that, she pushes around and takes a look.

It's only a few minutes later when she returns with her report.

"Most of 'em must be inside.  One poorly disguised guard out front."
That's just like... your opinion, man.

While you are debating what to do a car moves down the road, it has the logo of TEN (Total Entertainment Network), a small supplier of home entertainment systems. It pulls over near the safe house and a couple of technician looking people enter the house.

Roll perception.

"Whoa, hey, check it out," Artie says, peering out the window.  "TEN?  Really?  That's a pick-up, I bet.

@Spitfire - you notice a young adult that fits Nagisa's description sneaking to the back along with two middle aged men. They seem to be heading to an ally between two buildings.

Spitfire sent me a perception roll with a whooping 6 successes, so you get to see my evil GM scheme.

The red circle is who you think is Nagisa. Orange circles are security guards, and orange square is the TEN car.  I also drew an arrow that show progress direction.

@Artie - the men in the TEN car are armed and they did not take anything out of the van.

"More like the decoy." She motioned towards the back pointing out the three. "And there making there move, we need to go!"

Rolling 14d6
( 5 + 3 + 2 + 2 + 5 + 3 + 6 + 1 + 6 + 4 + 5 + 1 + 1 + 6 ) = 50 wooo 14 dice, 9 for reaction plus intuition, and one for hawkeye, one for perceptive, and three for thtrachromatic vision :D
 I got 6 successes

BigJim gave a quick look at the feed and cursed. So much for planning an ambush. Sly bastards!

BigJim grabbed his shotgun and ran out to get to his bike.
SpitFire, now that they're out see if you can put a mark on them, we can't afford to lose them. Do so and join us. Artie, jump on.

Almost to prove Bruno his point, the off-terrain capacity of his bike is a blessing to such situation.

Take bike to quickly get to where they are heading. (in green) Will drop the bike and sneakily try to intercept them. If Artie can get on the roof and share her feed, that'd be helpful.

Artie gracefully hops onto the back of the bike, never quite taking a seat, but kneeling on the balls of her feet and holding on to the man.  As he nears the house, she launches herself, qi flowing through her as she simply allows her forward momentum to give vault herself up onto the roof.  As she does so, she engages the RPC on her Sleeping Tiger and slows her movement to a brisk scuttle, the image link on her ballistic mask feeding back to the others.

She pads down the sloped roof and prepares herself to leap atop one of them if she must, but waits for a signal, any signal, from someone else.

Agility Boost: 2 Hits
Gymnastics to Jump on Back of Motorcycle and not fall off: 4 Hits (Using Vehicle Stunt Thresholds as a parallel (Core pg 199) 4 should be sufficient!)
Wall Run: 4 Hits That gets her on top of any 1 story ledge, like the houses in this neighborhood, I hope!
Sneaking: 5 Hits And they have -3 Perception to see her with her RPC as well as any other vision modifiers.[/spoilers]

Darn, that girl is agile. he thought to himself.

He activated the smartlink with his shotgun, and disappeared in the alley between the two houses. He called up Artie'Artie's feed next to the other cameras feed and sent it mentally to his vision's periphery.

His stealth skills were impressive and not making any noise he approached the back of the house.

The two men and the girl enters a nearby house. While Big Jim and Artie dashes toward that house.

OOC:
(I am still waiting to Spitfire does, but here is what I got right now.)
A is Artie - on the roof of the building.
B is Big Jim - near the front door, (dropped the bike and sneaking toward the building?)
Is that okay?

Managing to brick both of the guards guns rendering them useless Spitfire managed to barely survive a dataspike from Nagisa. It did some damage to her deck but she managed to get off wireless before she could do any damage. "I would suggest you guys grab the girl while you can, she just tried to fragging brick me, so she trusts the guards at least, but there guns don't work, and the best ambassador in the world is a loaded shotgun. But you don't have long till they call for backup" She packed up her things and made ready to make a break for her bike, knowing soon there would be a chase.

Managed to brick there guns by Nagisa detected me, darn her! Well at least that makes it easier for you guys to grab her, though you might have to persuade her to come with us. She had to stop to ask the guards if there guns had been decked so I bought you a few moments use it well.
