Con: 7d6t5 3

With 2 vs 3 hits, you can't really tell anything from his reaction - that is, no more than I wrote in the IC:
The doc was just about to reply that it's not possible to hack skilljacks, when Mark interrupts the two. He casts a look at the credstick, then at Mark.
"I have no clue what you are talking about. Are you going to buy something or not? If not, stop that stupid questions and leave my workshop."

Despite his words, Mark can tell that he had one foot in the door. Not only was the streetdoc quite obviously lying, he also shot a second glance at the credstick, indicating that he is torn between the prospect of cash and fear. Fear won, however, and you're losing ground. You know that everything depends on your reaction now.

He abruptly tried to stop the conversation which tells you that he is afraid to talk about the topic. Since he was attracted to the money, you can guess that he's not one of the temple people, but really only employed by them. With two hits, this is all you get. Sorry, lads. Sometimes the dice gods are unfair.

Because this was about whether your character notice or don't notice whether Harka is about to warn the temple or not. But you're right, we should continue IC.

Nobody said you're supposed to kill the man.

Scarcrow has no moral restraints with attacking these guys, but killing them might just cause more commotion than it prevents.
How common is Laes? If we find a drug-dealer close by (which shouldn't be too difficult in Thamel), we cold try to drug the doctor.

Laés is strictly controlled by the Tír Taingire government. Thus, I don't think any of you has even heard of it. But rest assured that there are plenty of other drugs to be found in Thamel '75.

May I then suggest we try to find any other amnesiac drug? Thamel is already full of drug-dealers today, I can only imagine what crazy stuff you can get in 2075.

It's an Awakened drug which can wipe out a person's memory. But it is not available here, alas.
But yeah, you can find anmesic drugs around here, given that you know people who sell it, or places where to look (that is, given that you have either good connections or Street knowledge skills).

I'd say finding a druggist has priority over our quest for a skilljack-spacialist.
Scarcrow has area-knowledge 2 and underground 1 and can ask his cyberdoc-contact for any information on skilljacks in the meanwhile.

You know what a datajack is and that skilljacks are something different but you might have mixed them up when things got complicated. I let your bahini explain how a skilljack works.

Hi Volker the last I sent Mark to hack into the clinic (to snoop around about the special datajacks).
Any news on that?
