I'm kind of curious; I'm thinking of making a character who is, outside from shadowrunning, a professional gamer, and was curious just what games were in existence in-world to specialize in.

Miracle Shooter is the big one (and only one I remember off-hand).  Slamm-O is a big fan of it.
Would you want to go into a place where the resident had a drum-fed shotgun and can see in the dark?

In the newish Shadowrun novel Resonance (I think it's called) at least one of the characters, so far, has played an MMO so you kinda get a feel for what those are like. Pretty much what you'd expect, typical MMO but with fancy virtual reality features.

I would guess that every modern game has a 3D virtual element to it. Probably much like a SimSense vid.

I was actually just looking for games by title, sorry for being unclear in the topic.

There are always the classics of the '50s: Bull the Ork Decker: Escape from Bug City, Bull the Ork Decker: Ancient Terror, and of course, Bull the Ork Decker vs The Jabberwocky!

I think Kane has a video game or two as well, named in his entry in one of the 4th Ed books on 'famous' shadowrunners.

The short story "Rooftops and Rainbows" on p. 210 in SR5 core mentions a few. ICBreaker, which I think is like block breaker; Miracle Shooter, an AR shooter; and Dawn of Atlantis III which I think is an MMO.

SR4A also has this entry on p. 331: "Virtual Reality Gaming: The use of simsense technology has led to a whole new generation of games, linking the player directly into a true first person shooter perspective (Ultra Mario, Dunkelzahn’s Quest XII, Sahara Soldier, Shadowrun MMORPG) or hovering over the action (SimCiv, EuroWar 2032, Final MageCraft). Most games offer both a SinglePlayer and Matrix MultiPlayer option (the latter for a monthly fee). Many of them offer not only a gaming challenge but also a perfect alternative to the dismal existence of most people’s real lives."

Honestly?  Just make some up.  There are some canon ones, yeah, but just like in real life, there's a ton of games out there.  So just make up some that you think sound neat.

Mr. Black is a big fan of Trevor Kwan's Urban Golf Series. Not only do participants show up regularly to get in the way of Runs, it is also a good cover for checking out facilities one is going to hit. *flips up wireless goggles* "Sorry Mr. Security Guard, but I am sure I shanked my ball somewhere near this fence. Look, I got 50 NuYen riding on this hole." *points to the 3 guys behind him dressed in bad golf gear, goggles and haptic gloves/clubs* "Can I search for it just a little longer?" *pantomimes using gold club to search for a ball in the grass while wearing haptic gloves*

Not content to release yearly upgrades, Trevor Kwan's Urban Golf has the City Series, with courses downloadable for every major city. The Seattle Emerald Classic is a huge event, shutting down Downtown for an entire week each year, with thousands taking part. There is also a large fan base that creates their own "Hakk"  9- and 18-hole courses. The infamous Black TrebleSkull Hakk course that was rumored to run through Renraku Arcology just after the Shutdown was supposed  to have cost hundreds of lives. And quite of few people have been jailed for the course that runs up the Dragon's Spine in Hong Kong. New York has a long suspected Cloud Scraper Challenge, with players hitting balls from the tops of New York's fabled skyline.
