Would you allow a Gymnastics test to vault off the wall and attack? Otherwise, not sure if dropping to the ground counts as an action other than movement, so assuming that it doesn't I'll be taking a Free Action to run, and a Complex Action to Melee Attack.
It's Nerve Strike Time! Targeting Reaction; net hits each reduce the attribute by 1, and once the attribute hits 0 the target is paralyzed. I have 0 reach, so if she has higher reach she gets the difference as a positive dice pool modifier.

If the guard tries to shoot me while we're in melee, she's at -3 for being in melee combat plus -2 for shooting at a running target, and I get +2 to defense for running (and I don't believe I get the -3 for being targeted by a ranged attack when said ranged attack is coming from within the melee in question, but I could be wrong). In any case, I'll take -10 Initiative for Full Defense if she tries to shoot me:

If the guard tries to hit me back in close combat, I'll take a -5 Initiative to block. As long as I get two hits (not net hits), the guard has to resist 8S(e), possibly -5 AP (rules are unclear, but it's an electrical attack), and if she takes any damage she's taking -5 Initiative and 1 dice pool on actions for a combat turn.
