I'll pick up some coveralls while I'm at Kong Mart, too, preferably water resistant if they're not too expensive. Cheap clothing seems to be in the 50¥ range so if I can find something around that price I'll take a pair to avoid soaking and risking my Rapid Transit being stolen. So I'll wear the chameleon suit under the rapid transit into Kong Mart, buy the coveralls and switch into them there and leave the Rapid Transit in the smuggling compartment of the Morgan. Everything else of my gear will be back at the safe house.
All right, first up sneaking. Sneaking (Urban) 6 (+2) + Agility 4 (6) + Stealth Suit 2 totals 16 dice.

For Perception I'm assuming I'll have to contend with environmental modifiers. I do have a flashlight but will use it somewhat sparingly to avoid tipping anyone off lurking around corners, and I'll make frequent stops when approaching intersections to both use my motion sensor (25 meter range) and to listen for footsteps and other sounds that might indicate someone else is nearby. I'll also use the bug scanner (20 meter range) to see if I can find electronic signals down here; who knows, maybe someone dropped a commlink or left some other items of interest, but most importantly I care about sensors that might detect me.
Speaking of sensors, I've also got an Ultrasound Sensor in the ballistic mask set to passive mode to pick up any motion sensors (5 meter range), as well as an ultrasonic noise generator in the suit to help defeat such sensors if I encounter any.
So, first up Visual Perception, where I'm going by the Run & Gun interpretation of Flashlights which means they provide Partial Light even in Full Darkness. So that's Perception (Visual) 5 (+2) + Intuition 4 + Hawkeye 1 - Partial Light 1 for 11 dice.

16d6t5 5ETA: Upon closer inspection of the rules, I apparently don't even need to roll to detect motion sensors. From page 361 where Motion Sensors are detailed: "Intruders may detect the ultrasonic field by using an ultrasound sensor set to passive mode within 5 meters." Still, I got the 1 hit and didn't glitch so hopefully that's all good, and even if I didn't I got 4 hits on the bug scanner.
