Ok, Chaim will activate a Neuro-Stun grenade on Motion Sensor, start walking toward the scientists who are dumping the data, drop the grenade at his feet -- about 5 meters from the pair of guards -- then give the cue for the team to breach and seek Cover.
Grenades have been Wireless Off -- because frag doing otherwise -- so he'll need to manually activate it. I think a Palming roll is in order there. Chaim has: AGI (5) + Palming (6) = 11 dice.
Palming:

Assuming he activates the grenade sufficiently surreptitiously, then we shouldn't enter Initiative until Chaim drops it and starts screaming, hopefully drawing attention back on himself so that the team can breach without walking into a hail of gunfire.

Seeking cover will be interesting, as I'm sure that places him right under the less savory bits of rotting flesh in jars. Neat.
As for the grenade, it will fill a 10 meter radius when it explodes immediately upon impact with the floor, and Neuro-Stun has a Speed of 1 CT, which means the guards, and whoever else are within 10 meters will suffer 15S at the end of CT2.
Chaim will use Edge to Blitz. I think he could use some additional passes here.
