Again, I'm not sure what you're trying to do here.  Pick the thing your character is good at, get that dice pool to 12.

Social skills, Combat Skills, or Driving Skills, doesn't really matter.  Pick one max out that stat and those skills.

I also recommend swapping Skills and Attributes Priority.  You've hit the typical Skills A newbie trap of lots of skills with poor dice pools.  You've got 8 to 10 dice on lots of skills, you'll have a tough time with any kind of opposed test.

Generically and Elf Samurai is Resources A, Stats B, Skills C, Meta D, Magic E and will have Muscle Toner, Wired Reflexes, Reaction Enhancers, you can toss in Tailored Phermones and you'll have really good combat skills and driving/social skills about equal to what you've got already.

But your skills, and Qualities are what a Rigger would take, but you've not taken any of the Gear a Rigger should have.  (RCC, Vehicle Control Rig)  and no Gunnery skill.

Let us know what it is you picture your character doing and you'll get better feedback.

Zelda- really? Just skimming and the following jumped out at me:

DPs spread out all over the place. <see Hobbes post>

Outright illegal and visible modifications that should get the first KE cop to see you call a HRT and arrest you.

Reliance on a whole host of drugs when the character doesn't have the attributes to consistently beat the addiction test.

Autosofts on drones/vehicles that are higher than their pilot ratings.

And Homeground isn't intended to cover a whole sprawl.

Like I said, I only skimmed, but this needs some changes.

Yeah really. It's milles ahead of an original design.

Dicepools are definitely not all over the place. There are no skills that a rigger wouldn't use (maybe Engineering SG is not something you would want, but hey, only 5 karma!). The problem with Skills A is not that your DPs are low, you just have a lot of skills you will never get to use.

There are no visible illegal mods. None. The turret is concealed.

Autosofts is where I made a huge mistake, you're right. Can dial those down for some gear.

And homeground... Is vague. "Depending on the character, her Home Ground quality can manifest in ways specific to who and what she is."

Oh, one more thing: the character doesn't NEED those drugs. They are there as a Plan C, AKA When Everything Else Fails.

While it's better than the OPs, your characters are generally better than this one which is why I was flabbergasted.
I probably should have phrased it differently in the previous post, however.
So I apologize for that.

I read it as a weapon mount plus a separate concealed turret...not as one concealed turret, mea culpa.

11 skills at DP 10 or less is all over the place to me. I guess it's not to you.
What are you doing with perception DP 6 for example... change EW to EW(Sensors OP) and use it instead of Perception.

A +2 to evasion tests isn't worth 10 Karma even if the GM sees it your way and lets you pick the whole sprawl.
I'd rather Restricted Gear so we can upgrade the turret to hold a Gauss Cannon.

Modding the RCC to have a transdimensional coprocessor (probably spelled it wrong) would increase the initiative a bit.

Smartsoft to get Smartgun benefit.

One thing I really applaud- no Noizquitto (probably spelled this wrong too) cheese.

As for the skill A... a Pornomancer Adept could probably get away with it... there's enough useful CHA skills plus the Stealth Group, Weapon skills for them to use all the skill points... but I wouldn't recommend skill A for 99.9% of builds.

To be honest, I'm not the biggest fan of riggers in the first place. While the concept is nice, there are just too much minor details that one can easily miss. I love crunchy things but only to a certain limit... I'd be grateful if someone fixed that character or made a better one.

Also **** Noizequittos! ;D

Smuggler is more of a backstory than a role. I know it is an archetype in the core book, but archetypes don't really mean as much as what role you want to fill on your team. At the most basic there are maybe four "roles" - Muscle (combat/physical threats), Matrix (handling matrix/tech related issues), Magic (handling astral issues/threats), and "Mind Games" (dealing with social/relational issues, aka a face). You could add wheelman (handles things when on the move) and infiltrator (handles quiet ops), but I think they complicate the basics.

Ex. Muscle/Combat is a "role," but it can be filled by different archetypes like: gunslinger adept, brawler adept, a cybered up street sam, a combat magician, a machine-sprite assisted technomancer sharpshooter, a rigger with combat drones, a gun-toting smuggler, etc.

I can pick a different role like Matrix specialist and see similar archetypes fill the bill: VR adept decker (uses adept powers to boost decking dice), AR adept decker (uses physical adept powers to direct connect access to devices), a decker-samurai (lots of cyberlimbs and high logic), an alchemist decker (using alchemy to boost Logic/Intuition when decking), a smuggler who uses technomancy to fool security checkpoints and help pilot, etc.

Smuggler is on the archetype side, but I don't think you have clarified your "role" on your team.

A smuggler can be -
Muscle: People entrust some valuable merchandise to him and he doesn't give it up without a fight, or even better, look intimidating enough to scare off people from trying.
Matrix: Checkpoints, border crossings, scanners, etc. don't get in the way of this smuggler's goods getting to where they need. Can steal that digital payload while she's at it, and knows how to keep it safe.
Magic: "Ever try to out run a spirit? If you can answer me, then no. When magical security is on your tail or blocking your path, it can take magic to break magic. Just try to find my goods when my mojo is protecting them."
Mind Games:"Big guns, fancy decks, and spellslinging? Anyone ever try a big smile, a fancy suit, and credstick slinging? This job is about moving people as much as it is about moving goods."

These little blurbs represent people who take on different roles on a shadowrunning team. If they can't fill a role, than they aren't going to be hired. However, each one of them can call themselves a smuggler.

Looking at your character, I am not sure what it is trying to be good at.
