I think that sabotage will just bite us in the butt, we will just have sent them a warning. We should gather information, disruptions in the matrix can be caused later too, but how many tries do you get from surviving a bullet between the eyes?

I'll try to create a admin account, and since I really want it done, I'm using Edge to improve my chances:

Hacking 4 + Edit 6 + Edge 4 (Threshold 4) = 6 hits, no glitches.

And then I want to make this account hidden:

Haking 4 + Stealth 6 Extended Test (Threshold 5, 10 minutes interval)
First ten minutes: 3 hits, no glitches
Next ten minutes: 2 hits, no glitches

After 20 minutes, I've successfully creatend a hidden admin account for me to use.

Ahh... but for that you need to enter the node first. You'll be able to do so using the account Fractal is setting up. So let's just assume you did that after he has finished the account.

By the way. Good job Fractal you got yourself an legit and hidden admin account in addition to the hacked security one you are using. I liked the way you posted, so consider that edge replenished.


Since accounts may not be simultaneusly shared. You need to create another one for Omar if you want to switch to admin priviledges and repeat the entire stunt. If you just allow Omar use the admin while you stay on security that's okay for you to both be in the node now.

Anyway aneswering the questions.

If there are any data files. They must be accessible from the assembly console, because you aren't able to spot anything else. No files and no peripheral nodes.

I am also going ahead despite you ignored my request for visual perception roll Sichr and tell you that you recall seeing a camera near the security shack. And since it is no point to have in turned off it must be linked by the wire.

One more thing. While the rigged crane can be hardwired, the other rigged vehicles surely wouldn't be. You may take conclusions on your own, or make security procedures (1) test.

Sorry to be late on this one. Central isn't probably installed (you'd need detailed building plans for that to be sure). But air conditioning is certainly a corporate standard in all buildings. More so in assembly, where the air pollution isn't healthy for the manufacturing process.

You can safely assume all of the buildings have individual air conditioning systems, with minimal chances for facility wide conditioning system.

It is oh so boring to astrally patrol this faicility - they have absolutely nothing to hide from that way of snooping. Buy you have encountered a perimeter (watchers and a guardian spirit) from the Ares facility to the south. Since you didn't crossed their paths, they left you alone as well. The northern facility (the one where Calico is sneaking upon) has no magic defenses either.

I always forget to use the +2 dice since I'm in VR...

Couldn't we consider that Fractal changed to the admin account and told Omar how to use his exploit to the security account? That's what he would do, since he does not trust his fellow runners and their capacities yet, even though he is being really optimistic. And from admin account he would be able to do a little more than from his hacked account (deleting access logs, mostly).

Anyway, his Analyze is constantly running, scrutinizing the node about new accesses or changes in security levels.

The way I read it telling him the detail will allow him the option to make a Log On as Security account the node will have a roll to spot the action. Like in your case with a target being Omar's stealth.

Netz, what programs you've loaded/running, and what is your link capacity? Same for Sichr.

My programs alre listed in my Charactersheet, Ill do my homework once Im home...since I have most of residents ergonomic, I dont have  reached the limitation.

And I dont think it would be possible to do it the way you are proposing, I dont have Exploit, so I need to log On to opened Account linked to my ID. No firewall roll is possible, because Im lohhong on legitimate account....but if it is requested, my Stealth is 5...

I think even though the node would get a chance to spot him, Fractal would try to convince him this way. Or maybe I would try creating another account (a security one, this time), for him to use. He would just need to wait a little longer while I prepare it. It would be good, since we them we will have access to two people in the system next time.

Regarding Cl capacity:
My Commlink has System 6 and Response 6; so I can run up to 5 programs before having my response lowered to 5, am I right?

Currently, I'm running Stealth and Analyze continously (and my persona, which does not count). I also runned Exploit and Edit, and I may still be running them, even though I am not using them for the moment. I still can run one program before having any limitation. Is that right?
I have all my programs loaded at the time (Analyze 4, Browse 4, Command 4, Edit 6, Encrypt 4, Purge 4, Reality Filter 6, Scan 3, Exploit 6, Spoof 6 and Stealth 6, none of them is customized with any option).

Me too, even though this is something that I really like about Shadowrun system. I also like knowing that we can enjoy the situation to learn something more about that.

Sorry I just didnt find your character for the reference so I wanted to ask...Omar would deffinitely would want something like that if it is possible and you have contacts... Parts would be enought, I should do the work by myself...

In fact, my Commlink Signal is not 6, but its System is. In fact, I calculated it wrong, and had forgotten that a Response 6 Module would have an avaliability  16.

I will recheck my sheet and see if I find another error.
