/ stooping him on the way seems a bit problematic, at least I do not think we have a secure opportunity to do so, we could ambush him at home, if he lives alone or maybe even if not, non-lethal is my speciality after all.

1. simple query -> incoming trucks are branded with manufacturing companies logos
2. judging from the distance is difficult - you can tell if they are wires or cylindircals, but what they are exactly and what is their worth, would require tapping into their information systems.

            8 (Charisma) + 4 (Con) + 1 (Vocal Range Enhancer) - 2 (situational modifiers) = 11 dice
 11 dice = 4 hits, no glitch

I dont want to make things more difficult for you, dont take this as Im trying.
IRLexperience: for two years Ive been working as a recruiter / headhunter, meaning HR bussiness...and I tell you, that most of assistants and secretaries for managers, develeprs, technical or know-how specialists and even good team leaders, are like an Black IC when it cames to phone calls. Most cases this was the most difficult part of the job...to find a way to contact the man you want to offer the job. I believe taht in the SR universe they are even trained against such things...

A word of comment, I've used the second roll, however, next time make a single roll and assume greater number of dices. I'll knock the last dices from the roll if I'll decide to apply some negative modifiers.

He toke his ride to the adress, parking a block away, takeing the walk around the house, scanning for nodes etc.

A picturesque view of the street. Small houses. The nodes on the address were hidden. Standard sculpture. Small spam activity. Kids and domestic drones a plenty. Good cars on the streets.

On the minus side. PuebSec patrols every 15 minutes or more often. Several autonomous bots on patrol scanning every PAN. Going around on hidden mode atracted attention immediatelly, and you had to hit the acceleration and disappear to avoid detailed questioning.

Before you leave you managed to spot a 35+ woman coming out from the house.
