Even though the Mafia control the den of gambling at the Lakeside Amusement Park, there are other power brokers on the street. The Yakuza and Triads control much of the smuggling and BTL trade.
• As far as you know the Godz are involved with smuggling, often as escorts or guides. The street gangs have turf that overlaps in some places, but so far there was no gang war between them. The Dambusters have a vintage look from the 1940s, and have connections to the Yaks. They provide protection to several coyotes in exchange for a cut of the action. The
  coyotes operate on the PCC/CAS border. The Zombies dress in drab greys, and have a heroin chic look. They’re involved mostly with the street distribution of BTLs.
• In the Bow Mar neighborhood, the local Godz lieutenant is Apollo; the Godz have connections to both the Mafia and the Triads. They frequent several bars and clubs along Route 470; which one they end up at varies from night to night.

Fred pms back rapidly - the guy must be online all the time. He pour you with some info, but most is repetition from what Cursor has been able to dig. The only thing new, and it is new only partially because you've already found it via Sam's knowledge is that it is rumored that someone in the Chavez mafia family has an interest in RMD.
There is nothing more he knows by now, he can ask around if you wish, but since he'll be only relaying some info, you should prepare some cash for reimbursement as he will be paying people. She went to her car, opened the passenger side door, leaned in and hit a couple hidden buttons. When back seat opens up Calico quickly grabs the briefcase holding her HK PSG Enforcer and clips it to her belt. Hitting the one button required to close the smuggling compartment she closes the door and makes sure the car is locked.

Hefting her duffel bag onto a shoulder she waits for the others who are coming to get ready.

Waiting for some ARO to pop in his view with an answer, Fractal stretches his arms and opens the door. Before entering the Stuffer Shack again (a van stopped here could attract attention, they needed a cover; and inside the market would be a good place to start some surveillance at the RMD's node - if they traced him, better to be in a public place where others could be so guilty as him), the elf answers Omar:

Sam runs into the stuffer's and not a minute later comes out holding a Vodka bottle. He opens it, Wanna have a sip? he proposes his comrades. Takes one himself, but only washes his moth with it and spits it out in the trash bin. Strong stuff!
A bit grinning he holds the bottle out as if he intended to give it to someone, but most likely no one will take his offer, he was sure of it, the cheapest strongest stuff there was, but the taste was the worst part of the mix.

That will be fun, but afterwards the washing will not.

Not too get Omars van dirty and stinky he went on foot, that would leave some impression, he even dropped a few times on the ground to make him look dirty.  as he passed the pirst scan point he Activated his radar. he was not trying the elude the eyes of the guards, just the opposite, he even started to shout anti corp slogans.

A lie, not even intending to be true, but that's not the case. Fractal just went on with it, just for fun. Probably he would leave the Stuffer Shack with some beer or wine (depending on his mood and the temperature) before starting to work, but after looking at the label of Sam's bottle, his drive to drink somehow almost disappeared.

Is this part of your idea? The bottle has something to do with a peace offer to some gang or will it be a improvised weapon of the new kid in the block trying to prove himself persona you'll impersonate?

Fractal was a little preoccupied with the safety of Sam. He seemed confident enough that it transpires that he could care for himself; but last data was that at the facility people got hired security and maybe some nasty drones. As he said before, better to be safe than sorry; at least, until the run really start and they dive deep into it.
