9 + 9d6.hits(5) → [4,6,3,5,4,5,2,4,5] = (4)
13
3 passes rigging from Habu, but jumped into Sedan.

What rules on Cracked programs do you use?

sensor roll
Habu
9d6.hits(5) → [1,4,1,3,4,5,1,2,2] = (1)
Sedan defaulting
6d6.hits(5) → [3,1,6,3,6,1] = (2)
rest on hold, cuz i really do not have anything to do, looking out for reinforcements, KE or anything other out of order.
rest of actions on hold

SOURCE CODE AND PIRACY core book page 228
Most legally-purchased programs are sold with built-in copy protection, so that the program cannot easily be duplicated without an access code. Hackers have invented many ways of circumventing these methods, however, to the point where piracy is the rule rather than the exception. If a character wishes to duplicate a program that is copy-protected, he needs to break the protection. Th is requires an Extended
Soft ware + Logic Test with a threshold between 10 and 20 (gamemaster’s discretion) and an interval of 1 hour.
that would make sens to do it in char gen just forgot to ask now when i saw the the sensors on the sedan does not have th clearsight in them just asking

A clearsight auto soft i'd say
Rating 1 = threshold  10
Rating 2 = threshold  13
Rating 3 = threshold  16
Rating 4 = threshold  20

I think cracked programs degrade a rating per month though, due to not getting legitimate patching.someone check unwired for me while i go to bed Z_Z

Pirated Software Unwired page 109
Pirated software—i.e. programs whose copy-protection and
activation/validation anti-piracy mechanisms have been bypassed
through cracking—are usually distributed by warez sites (see
Piracy, p. 94). While pirated programs have the advantage of not
being linked to a registered SIN, they are not automatically updated
and patched in the same manner as legal software. Without
registration and the confirmation that the copy is legitimate and
licensed, the software is not authorized to connect to the manufacturer’s
update sites.
In game terms, illegal and pirated software—and also programs
that a character has coded himself (p. 118)—degrade over
time, reflecting that the program is slowly becoming outdated.
Hacking and malware programs degrade at the rate of 1 rating
point per month; all other programs degrade 1 rating point per
2 months.
To circumvent or prevent degradation of their utilities, hackers
have three options. First, skilled hackers with programming
resources can patch programs (see Patching, p. 118) on their own.
Second, those that have connections to warez sites can go looking
for an updated pirated copy. Third, daredevil hackers of course
always have the option of hacking the corporate patching nodes
directly to steal the patch for themselves and their contacts.

just wanted to know what your stance on getting them on char gen?
Habu has defiantly original, but thinking about pirated copies for drones and sedan.

The other option is to allow multiple devices registered to the same user to use the same software.
Software belongs to X.
Device belongs to X.
Software will run on Device.

That does assume, in this case, that the software is compatable across multiple sensor packages.  Not too big a leap.

so by this description it would mean that a bike pilot autosoft and a Car pilot autosoft are different, but clear-sight witch always does the same, analyses sensor data, would be working for multiple copies. right?

Walking to the northeast hallway junction to keep an eye on everyone and maintain spell defense. Delaying action.

I see no moving enemies, right? LJ just dropped the one guy that moved into the halls?
