Restricting yourself to bioware will make it difficult to start overwhelmingly powerful. A mix of bio and cyberwear offers a better cost (bolth in money and essence) benefit trade off.
Catholic is how you spell that.

With 500 BP, the biggest problem for your bioenhnaced character is going to be the availability and cost of bioware. You will have to spend quite a few points to get rating 2+ Synaptic Boosters, for example, if you want to have several IP.
So, my tips for aiming for an ultimate warrior:
Pick a weapon skill he specializes in and buy it at rating 6, with an appropriate specialty. For example Automatics 6 (Assault Rifle). This cost 26BP and makes your character massively skilled, but only with that weapon class. Similarly, you may wish to get Doge at 6 with (Ranged Attacked) as a specialty.
Increase your Reaction, Body and Agility to 5 "soft capping" them. It cost much more for the last point to max them out, so you probably won't want to.
Muscle Toner, Synaptic Boosters and Platelet factories are good choices for initial bioware. The first increases your offensive ability, the second lets you act more often in combat and increases your defensive ability, and the last makes you tougher, reducing the overall damage you take.
Not to preach, and I hope this doesn't bother you.. but you might want to reconsider trying to make an ultimate character. Being more powerful won't necessarily make the character more fun to play.
