Umm... with all due respect, I do not believe he would be able to do so. Modern weaponry is able to do significant damage, but to take out this crew simultaneusly in a nanosecond would require usage of a weapon of mass destruction with force wave moving faster then the radius of this room that is about 10 meters in a nanosecond. Given that a nanosecond is 10 to power minus nine this mean that on a short distance the wave would have to be able to travel at least 20 billion meters or 20 million kilometers in a second which is much more than ... noticing the looks, Butcher finished much slower and quieter, taking a step back to his wall ... than a length of equator of Earth.

GM note: I am considering everyone but Mutt, Sammy and Nekomusumi surprised, effect being everyone else is restricted to ONE IP for this "turn". You are on the combat clock even if you don't fight just so I can keep things coordinated.
