Kouryuu:  I don't want to waste these good rolls of yours, but don't see how this situation is a negotiation since there's nothing being offered, unless the terms are "you'll get to lose your job and i'll get to see that the dead man is dead."  If you wanted to try to bribe the guy to hack his own security tapes so he wouldn't get fired or con him to believe that you should have a legal reason to see the dead body, then those are some things you can do.  Remember though that there are a lot of social penalties working against you.  If you want me to just abstract the rolls in the future, I can.  EG "Con to convince the guard that it's in his best interest to let me look at the body." or "Negotiate for the guard to give me access to the body in exchange for goods/services."

Motoko continued her assault against the node, trying to force her way in. She didn't like doing things this way. She preferred probing ahead of time, to make a more subtle approach, but this was what she was left with. The guns would do well to cover their escape once she owned them, and whatever they got off the sniper should help cover the costs of repairing her drone.

Mirikon:  Unfortunately, you can't change the goal of your hack partway through.  But, we'll see if the firewall gets another glitch.  Might change something,  4d6.hits(5) → [5,1,2,2] = (1) 4 hits no glitch, so you get in unspotted with security access... to the public node of the building down the street from the place you're trying to get in to.

Kusamagi found herself at a digital desk station staffed by one other person.  The whole place was on general alert and the front desk was busy trying to get their Evosoft analyze program back online.

The sniper wasn't on Rat's building.  He was shooting at you from down the street.  You're parked directly in front of Rat's building under the pretense that you're security, right?  This is the sort of confusion that pbp can really cause since clarification takes significantly more effort.

She didn't want to bother with cybercombat at the moment. Since the rigger was busy and didn't notice her, Motoko called up her Edit form, and attempted to change his account, so that the system would see him as a threat.

Mirikon:  You only have security access.  You would need admin access to edit other people's security accounts.  Besides, you're in the building's public node, iow the building's reception, not in its security node.  There's no public access to the building's security.  You could try to hack your way into the building's security node now that you're on their system.  If you want to give the front desk guy trouble, you can take an action above your current access level by making a successful hacking +exploit roll vs the node's system + firewall.  Honestly though, I'd prefer you didn't waste any more time on this.  You're currently being paid, contingent on success, to protect one "Rat" Vanian and extract him from the building, not to antagonize the security down the street.

Well, she can't do anything about the gun battle inside, with her drone all but destroyed. So it is either get those guns offline so they can grab the sniper and see what his link can tell them before getting some revenge, or sit on her hands waiting for people to come out the door. With the drone out of commission, this is all I can do for the moment.

Motoko muttered a curse, and slipped past the desk, heading for the security node. If she could control those guns, not only could she get the sniper, but they would make for an excellent way to cover their escape once this Vanian actually exited the building.

Sorry, I think I got confused - Sundance meant to go in while Motoko was doing that; my apologies. I wasn't sure if Sundance had gone in one way and the new guy had come out the other way, or if Sundance was heading in/thinking about heading in, and ran into the new guy as he came out. I'm assuming the latter and Sundance is going to make with the shooting. Either way no sweat.

Crimson Activated her Bikes UWB Radar and shared the live-feed to her team, "Here some bit of surveillance, this should be strong enough to see what's going on here. " it was a nice trick she had picked up from a Rigger she had been working together earlier. and there was no need to hack, the radar was strong enough to show persons their weapons and where they are and if you knew some things about it, even what they do.

Seeing as this Sniper is out of Crimsons Reach she turned and left still False tears spilling and slowly moving to the Van Motoko was inside.

Sorry i thought i had done this already, with this there should be no need for camera hacking, UWB, ac even see if someone is breathing, so precise it is.
Kontact look how you think the Barrier modifiers are, but the radar readings go to both team members as a AR overlay, And Motoko has security account, so she can use it as she likes it. Even Drive the bike in someone while having the Anti-thief system on, that's 10S+ impact damage, but Crimson will get the repair costs out of your hide for any damage.

Crimson intends to command her Bike to drive around the block and park in a range for it's UW-Radar to pick the sniper up or anyone else that is in the building.
Crimson herself takes cover behind the nearest car.

The UWB Radar overlay provided the team with a ghost like skeleton of the building's interior.  Its signal was strong enough to see into the first apartment on either side of the main hall and down the hallways inside, but the signal isn't strong to reach all the way to Rat's from outside.  The people that the team could see were all huddled together or laying in their tubs, praying to whatever god or security company they put their faith in.  In the hallway, there was one man retreating backwards and another running toward him in the cover of the hallways decorative plants.

Sorry Umaro, I missed the part where Sundance was heading inside.  Way to fuck that up, me.  So, I'll retcon and redact to put you more into the action.  You would have entered the building right as the other team was ending their combat.  There's a long hallway, and a near stairway and elevator.  You know Rat's condo is the middle condo upstairs, on the right.  Which way you go will determine who you might run into in this brand new universe B.  Also, if you're going quiet, give me an infiltration roll when vis cast is back.
