The first thing that jumps out at me is your Initiative and Initiative Passes. Or, more accurately, the lack thereof. I'd highly recommend getting Wired Reflexes 1 at the very least, and potentially Reaction Enhancers. Yes, this means that you'll need to re-do the cyberware you have. But the Initiative and Initiative Passes you gain from these 2 will more than make up for the loss of whatever it is you have there.
Drop the goggles and increase the rating on the glasses. Then put all that stuff into the glasses, and then add Vision Enhancement. VE adds its rating to your visual perception tests, so it's a must-have. You should also pick up Earbuds and add Audio Enhancement, because AE adds its rating to your...auditory perception tests.
I'm also having a hard time figuring out what this character's concept is. I know you stated that it's a street urchin-turned runner, but some of the skills you have don't fit with a street urchin. For example, most (if not all) of the mechanical skills, especially Aeronautics Mechanic. Why would a street-dweller know how to fix airplanes? I can see that you've taken several skill groups, and some of them don't fit and/or aren't needed. At the very least, drop the mechanical skill group and, because of your statement that it's a street urchin, increase the Stealth skill group to 4.
In fact, I think you should re-think the concept as far as skills go. I get pilot ground craft - it fits, and it's something you would know. But piloting helicopters? My honest advice - and this is not to be a prick or sound mean - is to re-think the concept, seriously and honestly, and then fit the skills to the concept.
