If you have followed my recent post you will know that my GM has done something kind of game ruining, so there is a chance we will be starting new characters, if we do so I want to keep my old one (which I have posted before).  SO decided to rebuild him, with him having been conned out of his money and his bio/cyberware

tell me what you think of the character,  his weak strength is part of the whole con he fell for.  My GM tends to give to much money, so his gear will improve soonish

far too many skills at one pick something and be good at rather being spread out and meh at a bunch of skills.
Whenever I am at a loss for I should do, I ask myself what would Michael Weston do?

Ok made some changes based on your suggestion.  I decided to emphasise his B&E/infiltration type skills.  I also gave him a little bit of 'ware, and here is some of his back story

He was a Tir Ghost Cadet.  During a training exercise he found some information that would implicate him in high crimes, escaping to seatle he started to investigate who framed him and planning on clearing his name and getting revenge.

After running a few runs with his crew however his street doc, who he thought he could trust conned him, taking a good chunch of his fortune and leaving him for dead.  However he found reserves of strength enough to get to his fixer who has helped him get back on his feet.  Note some of the qualities are because of the reason he was created (The trust fund and Sinner, which represents a perfect fake SIN)

Note sitll a work in progress as I have not done his KS/Langs yet

I do feel he should have the cracking skill set, but I am not sure where to put it

since you dont have influence anymore I would suggest that you move 2 points out of CHA and 2 into reaction as this will raise your intativie
Whenever I am at a loss for I should do, I ask myself what would Michael Weston do?

I'm not disagreeing, but could you explain the connection, not seeing it (Yes +Init would be nice)

I do have a karmic plan that includes boosting Reaction quickly (First 25 karma is going to it), furthermore high on my list for nuYen is replacing the Reaction Cyberwere with the Bio version of Wired reflexes

+1 for the help,  I think I am going to keep the Reaction where it is for now (maybe see if I can squeeze 2 more points from somewhere to upgrade the reaction cyber (need to also check the availability for higher levels)...

I suggest dropping Locksmith.  It doesn't help with maglocks and locksmithing can be defaulted.  Since you're going to have a decent agility score, you can use an autolockpicker and roll 14 dice.

I'll also suggest against Firearms Group 1.  For example, you can choose either Pistols or Automatics 2 (Specialization +2) for the same price.  You're getting +1/+3 to the vast majority of shooting rolls you'll make for -2 to the others.  Since you're ex-military, Automatics is likely the better choice.

For B/E faces, I suggest looking at Umaro's Spook for basic build and upgrade options.  Since your GM is playing a rich game, I suggest waiting on Superthryoid (saving you 14 BP).  I'll think about keeping or dropping the other more expensive pieces of ware.  About how rich of a game are we talking here?

VERY:  So rich in fact that the group is revolting to make new characters because we have become SO rich.  Are last run netted us EACH 29 mil.  However are average run has been netting us each about 25k

Also still fine tunning, I really wanted a high cracking, so (as the build stands now) droped demolitions, firearms, and a point of body to get me cracking at 4 (some other stuff to get me a half way decent comlink as well).  Maybe Lockpicking instead of demolition, would give me some extra gear I want as well (Upgrade my armor to have R-Coating maybe...)

You might want to consider skillwires especially as a low edge character.  Even if you're not using piracy, that's a new personalized rating 4 skillsoft every other run.  If you build around that, you'll be able to leave in gaps in your skills that can be filled later.  You can just get skillwires or grab a rating 2 MBW system during play.

I'll at the very least drop locksmith and get your body back to 3.  You'll also have 10 BP left over.  You also could cut your Willpower down to 3 and increase Reaction to 3.  You're going to make way more reaction and initiative rolls than Willpower rolls.

How depermental would you think a will power of 1-2 be?

Willpower 1 is pretty okay unless your GM will target you for it.  I'll recommend going 3 since you'll have 10 boxes of stun which is enough.  Every once in a while, you might have to make a composure test though.  But with a decent charisma, you'll be alright there even with 1 willpower.  I'll avoid 2 since you don't get the extra stun box.  It's okay to have an even body score since higher armor encumbrance is more important than the extra physical box.

not much in cyber or bio anymore, comlink is underpowered, but he should be good at sneeking.  I need to get my GM's permision to allow a couple patches to be converted to strait (Stim and trauma) to put into the auto injector

tell me what you think
