Rache had no idea who those guys were, but clearly not all that good.  Well, there was not much she could do on the matrix, so she had to trust her team mates there while she did her part.  In this case that was keeping an eye on that storm and it's spirits.

OOC: I assume that going to the site of a local news station and checking out their weather page doesn't require a roll.  I just want to see a trajectory prediction, like they do with tornadoes.

Satisfied with his wrapping, Hank checks the detonator and slips the book back into the box.

Smiley stops his motion.  He is actually pleased that the Johnson is causing this conversation to be drawn out, he wasn't completely sure he would be able to buy Rybka the time she needed.  None of this shows on his face, of course.

"We are beginning to understand each other sir, if we could continue I am confident we can reach an appropriate conclusion to our business.  I asked you two things, you have satified the first.  What do you need this book for?  Completeing a collection?  Looking for a nosferatu stew recipe?  The question is important, because it impacts the level of compensation required.  A special blade that would look great with your decor is one thing, but if you need Excalibur to make yourself the King of Britain you gotta be expected to pay a little more for delivery."

"Ah but sir, I stopped being your disposible asset when your intel became so atrociously unreliable.  This call was simply a courtesy anyway, and I think your little trackers have gotten quite close enough.  Good day sir, do yourself a favor and make sure we don't need to speak again."   

Smiley cuts the call, "That went about as well as I figured it would, so are we gonna smoke this puppy or what?"

"I kmow a lil spot in the barrens. A deadzone for net stuff. That sound like it fits de bill mon??" Marak says as he turns another corner, pulling behind a strip mall. "Also might ne able to sell some of des crates for some extra yen eh"

Hank grimaces. "Seems a damn shame to destroy something so valuable, at least without getting paid for it. Rache, you think you might be able to find a buyer who won't use this thing to destroy us all, or someone who'd pay to know that it doesn't exist any more?"

At Marak's suggestion, Hank eyes the crates dubiously. "Let me guess. We start marketting Rock Troll...you're going to want to pose as the big man, with us non-trolls your hired help? Might be worth it just to see you try to pull that one off!" He can't help grinning at the image.

"Maybe groups like the Draco foundation want to have it in their vaults," Rache said, "but if we sell it to them, who's to say our Johnson won't try again with another team.  You managed to get it from who-ever had it before."

To the new girl, "I wasn't kidding when I told the Johnson we got lucky on that one, dunno if someone else Johnson would hire gets that lucky."  Smiley than turn towards the crusty elf, "Are you forgetting?  We got paid, the advance plus the gold is a nice little payday."

Smiley turned to look out the front of the van, "I don't think we need to go all the way to the Barrens, let's find a likely dumpster and pop this thing.  Hey Rybka, were you able to keep those guys from finding us?"
