I don't think it makes a difference in this case since Trog missed, but next time declare who you're swinging for, shirt or vest.
For those more experienced, DOES IT matter? I think rules apply differently for someone entering melee against a target that is already in melee (negative modifiers for the target's defense). Let me know what your guy's interpretation is on this.
As it stands, I'd like to cut Trog some slack since he DID miss (lol) so I'll say he swung at the vested thug (not the one Concrete shot)? Does that make sense? I figure he'd like to break the biggest threats first anyways...
