With shots being fired all around, Mlinzi decided to see to the group's magical defenses. Looking around, she called on the spirits of the land to protect her allies from inimical magic. Noticing Mutumbo apparently shooting in a direction opposite of the vehicles, the elf shaman looked in the same direction, trying to pick out an opponent.
Figuring she needed all the help she could get, Mlinzi begged the spirits to grant her the agility of the monkeys in the jungle. She felt a modicum of power infuse her. Apparently, the spirits were not in a giving mood tonight.
