Cal takes 4 stun.  He is at -1 to all actions until he gets to less than 3 stun.  Tis also dropped his initiative by 1.

I'll allow Kumiho his turn when he gets to it, he has one action left this round, unless he goes VR and gets his initiative boost.

20 Cal
07 Ork
00 Calico
00 Chance
00 Kumiho
?? Benson
00 Secretary

Action to Cal.

If I robbed anyone of any actual actions beyond the flavor text they posted, you can make that pass worth of actions, IC.
That's just like... your opinion, man.

Yeah, I was waiting till after the ork went in case it changed things. I'll post briefly in IC, just gonna heal Hodges.

F6 Heal on Hodges: 16d6t5 6
Oops, rolled 1 too many dice, but trimming the last one doesn't change anything.

Well, I'm throwing a punch back at the ork, considering that's about my only option at this point from what I can tell.

I can't quickly find what to roll for this. Agility + skill? That's what I'll put below. Let me know if it's something different.

Cal gets punched again for another 3 Stun.  This brings him to 7 stun and -2 to all actions (and can probably only take a single punch like that one before being knocked out.

Happily, he gets a free action before we go into round three.

09 Cal
00 Ork
00 Calico
00 Chance
00 Kumiho
?? Benson

So that last IC post looked real good at first, but it became sad rather fast.

So yeah. Taking suggestions from the folks sitting around the virtual table with me. My best guess at this point is to arm my weapon and spend a point of edge to try to blow him away next round, but I'm not real sure how that could work out. Seems likely that the answer would be more or less what it has been up to this point: pretty poorly.

Maybe lay down some suppression fire until backup comes?

Remember the larger goal, which is to find out where he came from, who sent him. Killing him accomplishes neither of those.  I don't have any strong feelings about exactly what you should do at this point, but the first thing that pops into my head is… run like a little girl. Of course .... <gesturing to her own diminuativeness> ... you know.

Now, that plan has its own dangers. We definitely don't want him getting away. Even killing him seems better than that.  You could call for help, and fight defensively in the meantime, which would mean you take -10 to your initiative and add your willpower to your defense roll for the entire turn. If you go that route, you should do it next turn, not this one. I think he's done attacking this turn.

Or, you could do something entirely different. The only thing I feel very strongly about is that you should remember the goal here.

Unfortunately it does look like cut and run seems to be your best bet at this point. Am not sure that Jayde has taken into account your damage compensators when calculating your penalty. Other question is do you have any stim patches as you could use these to negate the damage for the time being if you want to continue with the fight.

Happy new year all. Sorry to do this but no IC post from me tonight or tomorrow. Driving the preschooler and infant 13 hours back home tomorrow. If I'm lucky I'll have time tomorrow night, but we're already behind schedule so I wouldn't count on it.

As to the outcomes:
Worst - killing/kidnapping Cal and getting away
Bad - ork still somehow killing his targets
Also bad - ork escaping now
Less bad - ork getting killed but targets surviving
Good - ork somehow incapacitated so we can question him. I thought this would be more likely prior to my ineffective punch. Is there anything a decker can do here? Or is using willpower to boost my defense until help/the ork's backup arrives realistic?

I am not expert, but a full defense that lets you add your WILL might help keep you from being hit.  Or agility if you have something like agile defender.  You might be able to hold out until Chance or Calico get there to help you.
